I guess you can’t blame LeAnn Rimes for wanting a Twitter timeout. People have been ragging on her over candid shots that popped up of her smooching on boyfriend Eddie Cibrian with his son close by.

Us Magazine reports:

“Taking a break from twitter for a while,” Rimes, 27, Tweeted on Wednesday. “It’s unhealthy for me and my family to have to read negative comments from people who’s [sic] opinions have no bearing on my life. Since when is kissing your boyfriend a crime?!”

In her swan-song Tweets Wednesday, Rimes explained, “I love my fans so very much and will return one day soon. God bless to you all! I hope you understand. It’s time for me to focus on healing, my happiness and my music. I can’t wait to share it all with my fans soon!”

She added hopefully: “There’s a million other ways to stay connected with my fans and I plan to focus on those! The most important, bringing you great music!

Do you think people should just leave her alone already? Or is all this bashing justly deserved?

Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, has just bailed on Lindsay, forcing her to hire new lawyer, Tiffany Feder-Cohen.

Perhaps Shawn just got tired of all of Lindsay’s crap and decided enough is enough?

TMZ says that it might have something to do with her wanting to appeal the judge’s decision:

As for how Lindsay could appeal … the only real basis is arguing that Judge Revel abused her discretion in nailing LiLo with a 90-day sentence. The chances of winning such an appeal are extremely remote under the best of circumstances, and given Lindsay’s performance on probation … snowballs and hell come to mind.

Lindsay’s vow to appeal could explain why Shawn Chapman Holley just threw in the towel and resigned.

What do you think of this whole mess? I think she should just shut up and take her lumps.
