Well this just gets uglier and uglier!!

Mel Gibson allegedly threatened to bury ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva in the flower bed of his multi-million dollar mansion, according to a disturbing new report on RadarOnline.com.

Gibson — who is currently under a domestic violence investigation by police — was reportedly heard on tape telling Grigorieva, “I will bury you in the rose garden.”

In other recordings, Gibson is allegedly overheard admitting that he beat Grigorieva while she was holding their 8-month-old daughter, Lucia. The attack is supposed to have occurred Jan. 6.

On June 21, Grigorieva, 40, filed a restraining order against Gibson, 54, stating that he punched her in the face and knocked out her teeth. A Gibson source tells Us Weekly: “They got into it, but he absolutely did not injure her.”

The actor then turned around and filed his own restraining order against Grigorieva, prohibiting her from speaking about certain aspects of their case.

They are both due in court July 20 over the restraining order.

Cindy Crawford has had little stuff done, like a bit of Botox here and some injections there, but that’s as far as she’s willing to take it. The supermodel says that she’s afraid to go under the knife for anything drastic.

She said, “I’ve tried Botox, but it scares me. Plastic surgery is really scary, but as long as you don’t use these things to change your face, I think it’s okay.”

Despite having issues with her body being “imperfect”, she still loves the way she looks. She said, “If I put on a few pounds, it goes straight to my butt. I’m sexy but I’m not intimidating. I do have cellulite. So much of your life you spend trying to prove yourself, trying to make things happen, trying to get somewhere else. But then you get in your late 30s and 40s and realize life is pretty amazing right in front of you, if you can just be present in it.”
