Jesse James broke down in court yesterday, during his custody battle with ex Janie Lindemulder. He told the court that he became an alcoholic at a young age and was abused by his father.

People magazine reports:

Asked by Lindemulder’s lawyer if he recently hit rock bottom – James’s stint in rehab earlier this year followed his splitting with wife Sandra Bullock – James replied, “Yes. To some degree.”

But, “I am continuing treatment,” James, 41, said in regard to seeking professional help for his problems.

James also said he “was a victim of childhood abuse and trauma” and that he “pretty much raised myself.”

He previously revealed he was abused by his father and said that the shame of it drove him to cheat on Bullock.

Think he’s trying to make an excuse for his behavior toward Sandra? Thoughts?

Kelly Osbourne isn’t handling her split from Luke Worrall very well. Poor thing. She broke up with him after she discovered that he was cheating on her.

But, she’s still not dealing with it well. You can’t turn off love, like a faucet, right?

The same day UsMagazine.com reported that she and fiance Luke Worrall called it quits, she wrote on her Twitter page: “i am not dealing with this very well keeping your head up is not fun! going to bed thank god for tomorrow!”

Osbourne, 25, and Worrall, 20, began exchanging angry messages on their Facebook pages earlier this week. In one message (which has since been deleted), the MTV reality star wrote: “Luke Worrall makes me sick!!!”

PerezHilton posted on his blog that Worrall had been caught cheating (neither Worrall nor Osbourne has commented on the celeb blogger’s allegation.)

But Osbourne has made it clear she and Worrall are over. She Twittered a link to the En Vogue break-up anthem “My Lovin’ (Never Gonna Get It).”

I hope she gets over him quickly, he’s a jerk. I still can’t believe he cheated on her, what a d-bag.

Apparently, fashion forward singer Lady Gaga isn’t designing her own fragrance, despite what you may have heard.

People magazine reports:

With the internet abuzz with speculation that Lady Gaga would be Coty’s next star perfumer, we couldn’t help but imagine what the outrageous singer would put out on shelves (just think of the bottle design alone!). But sadly it seems that we won’t be finding out. “It’s a totally false rumor,” Steve Mormoris, senior vice president of global marketing for the firm’s Coty Beauty division, tells WWD. “I know nothing of this project.” We guess we’ll try and keep a “Poker Face” to hide our sadness over this rumor not being true and “Just Dance” to beat the blues.

I’d buy it if she releases one. Would you??
