Sources connected with the dentist who treated Oksana Grigorieva tell TMZ the dentist believes “100% the photo circulating on the Internet has been altered.”

Dr. Ross Shelden is saying, “The nose is not hers. The lips are not right. It’s not a true and accurate picture. It has definitely been altered.”

We’re also told the doctor says the teeth are in fact Oksana’s, reaffirming that the teeth are intact, but one veneer was damaged and one was broken.

We have specific information about the dentist’s observations … and they raise serious questions about the nature of Oksana’s alleged injury. We will be posting that story shortly.

Macy Gray was teased by her peers as a kid because of her huge skull – cruel classmates dubbed her ‘Watermelon Head’.

The I Try hit-maker towered over her school pals and spent most of her teens being teased for reaching 5 foot 11 inches by the time she was 12 years old. And Gray admits she was left with a less-than-flattering moniker after bullies decided to point out her overgrown head.

She tells U.K. TV show Loose Women, “I’m 5′ 11in. When I was a kid – other kids find something to pick on you about, mine was my height. I’ve been this height since I was in sixth grade, (maybe) seventh grade. I’ve always been tall. I had big feet, you know when you’re not in proportion yet. My head was oversized. All the kids used to call me Watermelon Head. It’s terrible. It all kind of grew into place a couple of years ago really.”

Pink was rushed to the hospital after falling from a harness into a barricade during a concert Thursday night at the Easy Credit Station in Nurnberg, Germany, UsMagazine.com reports. She was hanging from the harness when she fell onto a steel barricade. The show ended immediately.

Pink is doing well now and even Tweeted from the ambulance on the way to the hospital. “To all my nurnberg fans… I am embarassed and very sorry. I’m in ambulance now but I will b fine.”

The singer also explained what happened, “didn’t get clipped in2 harness correctly, drug me off stage, fell in2 barricade. Getting xrays.I hope it at least looked cool!!!”

After getting checked out, Pink let her fans know she was okay, Tweeting, “nothings broken, no fluid in the lungs, just seriously sore. I made that barricade my b*tch!!!” Thanx nurnberg ”

A disturbing photo allegedly of Mel Gibson’s ex Oksana Grigorieva has hit the web.

RadarOnline reports the shot was taken after the Russian singer, 40, got into a heated fight with Gibson, 54, Jan. 6.

A source tells Radar that Grigorieva lost a veneer and her right front tooth was severely chipped during the fight, which allegedly occurred while she was holding their 8-1/2 month-old daughter Lucia.

According to Radar, Grigorieva has provided zero evidence to support her claim that Gibson caused the damage.

Interesting that the picture is released the same day that Mel accuses her of trying to extort $10 million from him.

What’s your take on this whole situation? I don’t think in any way – shape – or form – that she deserved what he did to her, but I don’t think she’s entirely innocent here either. Mel Gibson is f’d if you ask me, buuuuut I think Oksana knew what she was doing.

I don’t think she deserved what happened to her – I don’t think there are ANY excuses for violence. But I am saying that I also believe she was trying to extort money from him. I do think he snapped because she was trying to get over $10 million from him.

UPDATE: Did Oksana do this to herself? According to TMZ, the release of these pictures is raising eyebrows, and not for the reasons you might assume. When I saw the picture, first thing that I thought was it was very strange her lip wasn’t split – or bruised – nothing. Not a mark anywhere on her face. If you got hit in the face hard enough to break your veneers, wouldn’t there be some bruising or cuts on the mouth?

Grigorieva’s alleged injuries are raising “serious questions” about her story that Gibson struck her.

Law enforcement sources who have analyzed the pictures and video — yes, we’ve learned she had video shot as well — tell TMZ there is “no evidence of external or internal damage,” making it inconsistent with being punched in the face.

As we have already reported, Oksana’s teeth were not damaged — they were intact. The dentist has submitted a sworn declaration saying one veneer was out and one was cut in half, but the teeth were not damaged.

Furthermore, several experts who have examined the photos and video say there is no evidence of any soft tissue damage, which would be present if someone were struck in the mouth, and it would be “highly irresponsible” for the dentist to so quickly replace Oksana’s veneers.

We’re told law enforcement is investigating the scenario that the damage to the veneers could have been self-inflicted. We’re told at least one expert who has evaluated the photos and video believes it’s a self-inflicted injury.

As we first reported, Gibson’s lawyers will make a presentation to the Sheriff’s Department … in part arguing that Oksana made false statements to authorities.

Warner Bros. has unveiled the first trailer for The Town, Ben Affleck’s directorial follow-up to Gone Baby Gone. Equal parts heist thriller and romantic drama, this adaptation of the Chuck Hogan novel The Prince of Thieves stars Affleck, Rebecca Hall, Jeremy Renner, Jon Hamm, and Blake Lively.

I think this movie looks absolutely amazing, and Jon Hamm is already getting Oscar buzz.

I also think Ben Affleck is extremely talented as a director. I saw Gone Baby Gone, and it was a good movie, but the ending was too disturbing for me, it ruined the whole movie.

That’s what sources tell TMZ.com, which reports that the Russian singer, 40 — with whom Gibson, 54, is in an ugly custody dispute over their 8 1/2-month-old daughter — demanded more than $10 million to keep his infamous profanity-laced recorded rants a secret.

According to TMZ, Gibson’s lawyers plan to meet with L.A. County Sheriff’s deputies to present physical evidence of the alleged extortion scheme in hopes that detectives launch a formal investigation.

Grigorieva’s rep tells Entertainment Tonight that the singer did not release the audio tapes — five of which have been posted on RadarOnline and paint Gibson as a racist, violent man.

The rep also says claims that the tapes were edited to cast Gibson in a bad light are “ridiculous.”

At a closed hearing Thursday morning (attended by several sheriff’s investigators and lawyers for Gibson and Grigorieva ), detectives received the recordings.

They are examining the authenticity of the tapes, Sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore told the Associated Press.

Detectives are currently investigating whether Gibson abused Grigorieva (she claims he roughed her up in January).

Still no word whether the case will be turned over to prosecutors, who will decide whether Gibson should face criminal charges.
