In the sixth audio tape to hit the web, Mel Gibson spews more threats and insults at girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva.

“You hit me, and you hit her (Lucia) while she was in my hands! Mel, you’re losing your mind. You need medication,” Oksana tells him on the newly released tape.

And Mel, raging at Oksana, is caught on audio telling her: “I want my child, and no one will believe you.”

But this, the sixth excerpt released exclusively by RadarOnline.com, may have the most serious consequences for Gibson, as a criminal investigation has been launched against him while he and Oksana battle in court for custody of their eight-month-old daughter Lucia. An investigation by the Department of Children and Family Services is also ongoing.

In the crucial part of the newly released tape, Oksana refers to January 6, the night she alleges Mel punched her in the face and damaged her two upper front teeth.

Oksana: You cannot raise the child with these symptoms.

Mel: What?

Oksana: You’re acting as a crazy man right now and you have been for many, many months. And you hit me, and you hit her (Lucia) while she was in my hands! Mel, you’re losing your mind. You need medication.”

Mel: You need a f*cking kick up the a** for being a b*tch, c*nt, gold digging whore! With a p*ssy son! And I want my child, and no one will believe you! So f*ck you!”

Someone’s got some serious issues!

Lindsay Lohan was cuffed and taken into custody just moments ago after a brief hearing in Beverly Hills. As she was escorted away, her estranged father yelled out “We love you Lindsay!”. More from TMZ:

A clearly upset LiLo sat and listened as Judge Revel ordered Lindsay’s surrender.  But before Lindsay was cuffed and taken away, the judge ordered all cameras to stop rolling.

Judge Revel made it clear — no house arrest, and no early release.  But that doesn’t mean Lindsay will have to serve the full 90 days.  The Sheriff’s Department will use the 90 days to compute the actual time Lindsay will have to serve, and because of overcrowding, she will only serve 25% … 23 days.

Lindsay didn’t cry.  When she was cuffed she was stoic.

Lindsay is headed to the Century Regional Detention Center in Lynwood, CA. The same facility that Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie also served time in 2007. After Lindsay completes her time, she will have to serve 90 days in rehab.

Jennifer Aniston touched down in London this morning, where she will launch her new fragrance, Lovalie, at Harrods.

Lolavie, which roughly translates as ‘laughing at life’ is Aniston’s debut fragrance and she says she has been involved in every stage of it’s development.

‘It wasn’t just about showing up for a shoot and putting my name on the bottle,’ Aniston says. ‘I felt like a little chemist. It’s turned out to be an extension of myself as opposed to slapping my name on something.’

Aniston describes the scent as ‘sexy and clean…floral but not too flowery.’

‘I am not a big perfume-y fragrance fan,’ she explains. ‘I want people to go “what is that? You smell great!” But most of all I wanted it to smell natural.’

…and get this, according to TMZ, she doesn’t even have an addiction problem!

When Rachel Uchitel was approached to be on Dr. Drew’s Celebrity Rehab, she originally turned down the offer. But considering Celebrity Rehab is desperate for “celebrities” Dr. Drew wouldn’t take no for an answer. He flew out to Beverly Hills on Friday, and met with the famewhore “celeb” personally. Once her salary was doubled to $500,000, Rachel suddenly changed her mind! Sleeping with Tiger Woods was the best thing she ever did! No one even knew who she was before the sex scandal.

And there’s more…apparently Rachel wasn’t sure which addiction she was going to run with on the show. According to TMZ, she was telling friends even a couple days ago that she didn’t have an addiction of any kind. As recently as Friday she was telling friends that she didn’t have a prescription pill problem at all.

Guess that just goes to show how desperate Dr. Drew is for ratings. Bleh, I don’t even watch the show. It’s waaaaay too much for me, believe it or not.

And to make matters worse, according to TMZ, Lindsay Lohan’s attorney, Robert Shapiro dropped her as a client! Shawn Chapman Holley (Linsday’s previous attorney) is going to be by Lindsay Lohan‘s side in court this morning.

Earlier this month Holley left Lindsay because she was an uncontrollable client. But since Lindsay has been left hanging after Robert Shapiro also left her, Holley is stepping up to help the troubled star.  More from TMZ:

Sources tell us Lindsay is furious at Shapiro, feeling as if he totally used her to get publicity for his sober living house.  She believes that is the only reason he agreed to rep her and sold her a bi.ll of goods.

We’ve learned Holley is supposed to be in court in the Juan-Carlos Cruz attempted murder case at the same time Lindsay’s case is heard.  We’re told Holley is going to have the Cruz case delayed so she can be with Lindsay.

I would say he totally used her! I didn’t even know the dude had a sober living house until he advised Lindsay to go there! I would be ticked too!

Lindsay is due to turn herself in TODAY at 8:30 AM! If she shows up on time, Judge Marsha Revel will order the actress to be taken into custody, where she should be handcuffed inside the courtroom and taken to a holding cell at the courthouse.

It’s most likely that Lindsay will have her SCRAM bracelet removed in her holding cell. After that, it’s a trip to Lynwood Correctional Facility … where she will be booked, fingerprinted and outfitted in her new jailhouse fashions.

TMZ is live on the scene, and will have more information when she checks herself in. Lindsay is only expected to serve 25% of her sentence, which works out to 23 days.
