‘Heroes’ star Ali Larter and husband Hayes MacArthur are expecting a baby, PEOPLE reports. “Ali and Hayes are thrilled to be expecting their first child,” her rep told the magazine. The baby is due this winter.

“Ali is ecstatic. She and Hayes are absolutely over the moon about it. They have wanted a baby for what seems like forever and now their dream is coming true,” a family friend told Star.

The friend adds, “It’s going to be even more special because their baby is due on Christmas Day! They don’t know what sex it is yet but Ali is definitely planning on finding out – hopefully at her next doctors visit!”

Larter and MacArthur wed last August in Maine after meeting several years earlier on the set of ‘National Lampoon’s Homo Erectus.’

RadarOnline.com, who has mysteriously gotten their hands on all the evidence against Mel Gibson, today are publishing a photo of Mel Gibson’s baby after she was allegedly punched by Mel Gibson. Oksana has reported that Mel Gibson struck her twice while she held their baby, and one of the punches grazed the baby’s chin.

Oksana used the photograph to plead with the judge to allow her primary custody of their daughter, Lucia. The photo shows a small abrasion on the chin. The baby was two months old at the time of the big brawl, which occurred in January.

The Department of Children and Family Services has their hands on the photograph, and will be interviewing Mel later this week.

Oksana told authorities that she was holding Lucia when Mel punched her in the mouth and then in the left temple, causing her to fall backward onto a bed.

She says the Oscar-winning actor/director then put a forearm across her throat and used the palm of his free hand to cover her face, causing her to gasp, struggle and fear for her life.

“Oksana said right after the incident, she observed blood and a small abrasion on Lucia’s chin, which was not there before the incident,” said a source, who is familiar with the law enforcement investigation.

“She took photographed the abrasion that night.” Those photos are now evidence.

According to UsMagazine.com, Lindsay Lohan will serve “about 14 days” of her 90-day jail sentence, L.A. sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore has said.

The actress, 24, has been “extremely cooperative” since entering the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, Calif. Tuesday morning, Whitmore said earlier.

Lohan, who smirks in her mug shot, will spend her days in solitary confinement in a 12-foot-by-8-foot cell.

“She will be kept away from general population,” Whitmore said.

After Lohan surrendered, her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley told reporters that Lohan “is asking for your prayers and support. She has stepped up and accepted responsibility.”

Holley described Lohan as “a talented young woman and I appreciate that she has accepted responsibility here. She is scared — as anyone would be — but is as resolute as anyone could be and she is doing it.”
