Here’s the latest on Lindsay Lohan.

TMZ has learned Lindsay’s name just got dragged into a class action lawsuit that alleges unlawful strip and body cavity searches were conducted by L.A. County Sheriff‘s deputies when another inmate — not Lindsay — checked into the jail.

Attorneys for the plaintiffs filed a request in Federal Court on Monday to take Lilo’s deposition while she’s behind bars. They also sent a letter to Lohan’s attorney Shawn Chapman Holley asking if Lindsay would agree to be deposed.

The suit claims that female inmates are strip searched in plain view of each other in a parking lot that is neither private nor sanitary.

Sheriff’s officials have said Lindsay was treated just like any other inmate when she arrived at the jail.

Eric Roberts moved into Dr. Drew Pinsky’s Pasadena Recovery Center last week for a crippling addiction to prescription marijuana, his wife has revealed.

The actor has been off hard drugs and alcohol for 15 years, Eliza Roberts tells E! News. “He has no interest in anything, other than marijuana.”

Roberts has anxiety issues, so he turned to doctor-prescribed weed for relief after traditional medication did not agree with his body. He had no such issue with the marijuana. “However, a dependency is a dependency and he doesn’t want to be dependent on it anymore.”

A rep for the actor has already tried to downplay Eliza Roberts’ revelation, saying the actor is seeking help “not for any serious drug/substance, or prescription drug abuse problem.

E!Online is reporting that boyfriend Eddie Cibrian and his kids have moved in with LeAnn Rimes. Eddi and his two sons Mason and Jake will now call Calabasas home.

LeAnn Rimes won’t be living alone for much longer–E!Online reports that boyfriend Eddie Cibrian is moving in and bringing his kids too! The actor and his two sons Mason and Jake will be moving into her Hidden Hills house in Calabasas next week.

“Eddie and the kids are moving in with Leann to save money since Eddie lost his CSI job,” a source tells E!Online. “Mason is moving into the dog’s old room, and Jake is moving into LeAnn’s office.”

Rimes and Cibrian met and began a relationship while filming a Lifetime movie in 2008. Both were married at the time but have since divorced their spouses to be together.

Though Rimes took a break from Twitter a few weeks ago, she returned to the microblogging service after a week. She’s been pretty vocal since returning–even Tweeting about doing yard work with her beau Cibrian. “@eddiecibrian showing me how to do yard wrk! Think it’s the first time I’ve ever paid attention to yard wrk,” she said. “Doesn’t hurt when a hot guy is showing you! always more interesting!! -”

Yes, it’s true! Angelina Jolie joined Twitter. But it turns out the ‘Salt’ actress isn’t planning on Tweeting anytime soon. In fact, she’s locked her account and no followers and isn’t following anyone.

“Jolie had her people obtain the account for her so no one else could have that username,” a source tells UsMagazine.com. “There was actually someone else using @AngelinaJolie but Angelina requested the account suspended and took it over.”

The source also said the actress might start Tweeting on the microblogging site “later this year. If she uses it, it will be for charity-related items or sharing links.”

Another woman comes out to accuse Roman Palanski of rape. Edith Michelle Vogelhut, a former model also known as Shelli Paul, was 21 at the time of the alleged sexual assault in 1974.

Edith claims Polanski handcuffed her at a party at actor Jack Nicholson’s house. Then her repeatedly sodomized her till he passed out.

Vogelhut’s attorney, Michael Griffith, was unable to file a complaint due to the laws in California.

“I’m not planning on filing a civil lawsuit against Mr. Polanski as I think the statute of limitations has expired,” he said.

“(However) I’m in contact with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office regarding the criminal case.”

Polanski has a list of several women who have accused him of similar violations. Samantha Geimer, was 13 at the time, when he allegedly assaulted her at Jack Nickolson’s house in 1978.

Then there was British actress, Charlotte Lewis. She claims Roman sexually assaulted her when she was 16 at his Paris apartment.
