According to Dina Lohan, her daughter Lindsay Lohan, is not getting any special treatment while doing time in the clink.

Dina visited Lindsay with daughter Ali and Lindsay’s ex Samanthan Ronson. She instantly shot down reports that Lindsay is getting any special treatment.

“She doesn’t have cell phone privileges, that’s absurd,” Dina, 47, told Radaronline. “She doesn’t even have a pillow to sleep on.”

The mom added that she isn’t allowed physical contact with her famous daughter during their visits.

“I talk to her through glass. There’s a phone and we put her on speaker but I can’t even hug my daughter…She’s treated like a common criminal.”

Still, she stressed, “I have to say that the people inside have been pretty cool to her…the guards and the inmates.”

Lindsay is serving a 90 day sentence stemming from violating her probation due to a 2007 DUI . Her release day has yet to be determined but it is doubtful she will serve the full 90 days.

Upon release Lohan must report immediately to an inpatient rehab facility. It is said that she will not get the pick the facility.
