Willie Nelson hearts Lindsay Lohan

As she headed to the slammer, Lindsay Lohan’s celebrity pals didn’t abandon her — in fact, she’s got an offbeat posse of stars offering their advice and support. The list starts with longtime “frenemy” Kim Kardashian, who visited Lindsay’s West Hollywood home the day after she was handed her shocking jail sentence on July 6. And Kim’s not the only one: “Ashley Greene and Sean Penn have also expressed their best wishes,” a close pal tells In Touch. The Mean Girls star, 24, has also found an ally in former Prison Break actor Lane Garrison, who was sentenced to more than three years behind bars after his drunken car crash: “He taught her how to survive jail,” an insider says of Lane’s three-hour meeting with Lindsay on July 8. And when she’s released, she will have a friend — and a job — thanks to Willie Nelson, a producer on The Dry Gulch Kid, in which Lindsay may have a role. “He has called her every day,” says a pal. “Willie’s really taken her under his wing.”

It looks like she got fresh lip injections for jail. Seriously.
