Reportedly, a photo appeared on a certain blogger’s website (he who shall not be named) showing a bikini clad young lady in the arms of a half naked guy.

This blogger said that the girl in the black bikini was Miley Cyrus, but the guy was not her hot Aussie boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth.

A rep for Miley has quickly shot down the rumors saying that they’re not true and the photo is “not her”.
