Last week it was reported that Charlie Sheen might possibly plead guilty to a misdemeanor offense spurring from his Christmas Day altercation with his wife, Brooke Mueller.

According to reports, he will be pleading guilty – and serving a 30 day jail sentence!

Charlie had been charged with felony menacing and misdemeanor assault, but is hoping to cop to only a misdemeanor for the incident.

“Charlie intends to go to court on June 7 [to] plead to a misdemeanor and immediately begin serving his 30 days in jail,” says the source. “With good behavior, he could end up doing 15 or so days.”

The couple have been living in separate homes while they “work on their marriage,” and are currently sharing custody of their twin boys, Max and Bob.

The plea deal would allow Sheen to serve out his jail sentence before the new season of ‘Men’ starts shooting at the beginning of August, PEOPLE reports.

Lindsay Lohan, who was banned last week from drinking, spent her Memorial Day weekend partying with friends and reality star Lady Victoria Harvey. But how does the newly sober star get her kicks? By downing can after can of Red Bull!

Friends say that Lindsay is living off of eight cans of Red Bull a day, followed by Coca-cola and chain smokes cigarettes. After spending the day with Harvey at Pacific Palisades, she tweeted: “Red Bull and waters and work — my new bff’s hehe. Everyone should try it! It’s more fun — you’ll see.”

Lohan and Hervey became close in Cannes where they were able to party together. Harvey is set to appear in the next season of Tinsley Mortimer’s “High Society”.

Sources tell Fox News Lohan, who kept her alcohol-monitoring bracelet covered up under a pair of knee-high boots, is really trying hard to mend her ways. One told us, “Lindsay finally realizes the seriousness of the situation she faces. She doesn’t want to go to jail and she wants her career back. She is trying to surround herself with people who are a good influence instead of the usual enablers.”

But Lohan’s new clean act has yet to open doors for her in Hollywood. She tried to check into the plush Sunset Tower Hotel for the weekend, but was refused. An onlooker told us, “The front desk manager told Lindsay they were full. But she wouldn’t take no for an answer and kept insisting the Internet said there was room. She even insisted the front desk call the owner Jeff Klein, but he was not available, and was again told ‘Sorry, no room.’ So she stormed off.”

Charlotte Church has split from her longtime boyfriend, rugby player Gavin Henson. Two months ago the couple announced they were finally getting married, so the split comes as a bit of a shock! They have been together for five years, and have two children together!

In an April OK! magazine spread, Church described how Henson borrowed his boss’s helicopter and whisked her away to a seafront restaurant in her native Wales, where he proposed. “Absolutely joyous,” she later described the moment.

Since the split, the two have been getting support from family and friends. Henson left for Spain to spend time with his friends, while Church remains home with family.

The couple share two children, Ruby, 2, and 16-month-old Dexter, and have been together since 2005. The Welsh star got her start in classical music before crossing over to pop music.
