Did Lindsay Lohan drink Sunday night after the MTV Movie Awards? Well, according to TMZ, her SCRAM bracelet went off, and an alcohol report has been sent to the judge in her DUI case.

The SCRAM police apparently got the report sometime between Sunday night and Monday morning, which followed the MTV Movie Awards.

No word on whether or not there was alcohol detected, or if the strap was cut. According to TMZ, the alarm will also go off if she’s not home by a predetermined time. No matter what the reason, the judge has the report – so only time will tell if Lindsay slipped up!

Christina Aguilera is on a huge promotional tour right now for her new album, Bionic. Sunday night she was in LA to perform on the MTV Music Awards (zzzz) and she flew out to NYC where she performed on the Today Show this morning (check out those pics here).

“The toughest part is the schedule,” she told People.com on Sunday. “Being a mommy and being able to still concentrate and focus on the work. I’ll go and tuck my son in at night and sing him to sleep [with] a lullaby, and then I go in the studio and sing. It’s definitely a challenge and a balancing act, but one that I take on. I wouldn’t have it any other way.”

Heidi Montag filed for legal separation from husband Spencer Pratt in a Santa Monica, Calif. courthouse on Tuesday, a court clerk confirmed to UsMagazine.com.

Montag, 24, did not file for divorce; a legal separation means that Heidi’s earnings will become hers alone from the date of separation.

But is Montag’s court appearance — a week after her rep confirmed a split to Us — just another publicity stunt?

“This breakup is the latest part of Spencer’s master plan,” an insider recently told Us Weekly, explaining that the couple is in panic mode now that The Hills is winding down. Another source adds that duo is “laughing over” the breakup headlines “and having a blast.”
