According to TMZ, Lindsay Lohan’s arrest warrant has been recalled, after a bail bondsman named David Perez posted her $200,000 bond.

Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, told TMZ that Lindsay’s SCRAM bracelet “indicated the presence of a small amount of alcohol on Sunday night.” Holley continued, “Having just received the report, I am not in a position to speak to its accuracy or validity, however, Ms. Lohan maintains that she has been in complete compliance with all of the terms of her probation and her bail.”

Lindsay has responded to the accusations on her Twitter:

My scram wasn’t set off-Its physically impossible considering I’ve nothing for it to go off-All of these false resports are absolutely wrong

This is all because of a FALSE accusation by tabloids& paparazzi& it is f***ing digusting- I’ve been more than I’m compliance &feeling great

it’s from the light up bracelet Johnny put on me-also, they can check probation records for alcohol as i got tested YESTERDAY

oh, fyi i have never heard of any sort of “curfew” at all.. so this is all news to me… i always upload my scram

It is just unfortunate and unfair because it distracts from the fact & the truth that i’m in such a good place

The judge issued an arrest warrant following an impromptu meeting, to discuss her possible SCRAM violation. Bail was set at $200,000.

Lindsay will appear before the judge on July 7th for a hearing of this possible probation violation. Unless of course Lindsay violates her probation again. If that happens, Lindsay will most likely end up behind bars sooner than later.

So either Lindsay is lying – or the SCRAM bracelet was wrong. Hmmm… wonder which one it could be.

After an impromptu meeting at 3pm PT this afternoon, the judge in Lindsay Lohan’s ongoing probation case issued a warrant for Lohan’s arrest following a SCRAM violation, TMZ is reporting. Bail is set at $200,000.

Lohan’s alcohol-monitoring ankle bracelet went off this past Sunday at a party following the MTV Movie Awards, which is in direct violation of her probation. The company that makes the SCRAM bracelet, sent a report detailing the incident to Judge Marsha Revel. The judge, Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, and the prosecutor, Danette Meyers, congregated in the judge’s chambers to discuss the report. Judge Revel then issued an arrest warrant.

Katy Perry has been picked to host Fox’s Teen Choice Awards!

The “California Girls” singer is long familiar with the show. In 2008, she was nominated as Choice Myspacer, before she rose to mega stardom. Last year she was nominated for the Choice Music: Single award for “Hot N Cold”, the Choice Music: Female Artist award and Choice Music: Album (Female) prize for her debut album One of the Boys.

A co-host for Katy hasn’t been named just yet, but in the meantime Katy can practice her hosting skills with fiancé Russell Brand who is more than experienced in this area — he hosted the 2008 and 2009 Video Music Awards on MTV.

Fox’s Teen Choice Awards will air on Monday, August 9.
