Christina Aguilera is opening up about her sexuality, in case there was any confusion.

“I feel sexuality to be very empowering,” Christina Aguilera said in U.K.’s Company magazine in its July issue. “I think men love to believe that they own our sexuality, so if a woman represents herself in a sexual way, people think, ‘Oh it must be for a man.’”

“But men don’t have the right to own our sexuality,” she says. “If I want to be sexual, it’s for my own appreciation and enjoyment! That’s why I like to talk about the fact that sometimes I am attracted to women. I appreciate their femininity and beauty.”

Professional skateboader and ‘Jackass’ personality Bam Margera is in the hospital, TMZ reports.

Margera was attacked by a woman with a bat, outside of his bar in West Chester, PA.

Cops explained there was a fight and then the attacker hit Bam on the back of his head with a baseball bat. Police arrested her and charged her with assault.

The former MTV star was taken to Chester County Hospital, but his current condition is unknown.

Angelina Jolie has indeed signed on to play the Queen of the Nile!

A rep for book publisher Little, Brown confirms to UsMagazine.com that Angelina Jolie has signed on to play Cleopatra in a film adaptation of an upcoming new historical biography.

On Thursday, it was reported that film producer Scott Rudin had acquired the rights to author Stacy Schiff’s Queen of the Nile, Cleopatra: A Life with the 35-year old Jolie in mind.

Michael Pietsch, publisher of imprint Little, Brown (which will release Schiff’s book this November) tells Us: “Angelina Jolie radiates grace and power, exactly the qualities that Stacy Schiff finds in her biography of the most intriguing ruler who ever lived.”

No word on who might play Cleopatra’s legendary love Mark Antony. (When Elizabeth Taylor played the ruler in a 1963 epic, her real-life paramour Richard Burton played the Roman politician.) Jolie’s rep could be reached for comment.

Amanda Seyfried seems happy as she and boyfriend Dominic Cooper spend the day together in Los Feliz, CA. The couple were the victims of split-rumors late last month when sources said the couple were “on a break”. So either that was true, and they’re back together – or they never split in the first place!

John Travolta arrives at Lanseria Airport yesterday in Johannesburg, South Africa with his daughter and pregnant wife, Kelly Preston. Travolta is there to support the Australian soccer team during the Fifa Soccer World cup which will kick-off. Even though Travolta is an American, he has been an ambassador for the Australian Air force since 2002 and he made a promise to the Australian soccer team four years ago that he will be here when they play in the soccer world cup, a promise he kept.

Comic Adam Carolla has his own theory on why Jennifer Aniston is still living the life of a bachelorette. She must be a player! Like a man of course.

Muses Carolla: “I think she probably has a lot of testosterone and probably thinks like a man…There are certain women out there, they say you can tell from the jaw line…they did some study that women who have sharp jaw lines…it’s a masculine feature.”

“The point is,” the comic says, “maybe she has a little too much testosterone and maybe she is a female version of one of these guys who bangs his way through Hollywood. Like a female Gerard Butler.”

I am sure Jennifer would be glad to know that Adam Carolla thinks she has man jaw.
