According to a lawsuit filed by Mariah Carey’s veterinarian, MC racked up a tab of $38,000 for puppy care and didn’t pay the bill!

Dr. Cindy Bressler filed a lawsuit in Manhattan today, and she claims she provided “extraordinary services” for three of Mariah’s Jack Russell terriers, Cha-Cha, Dolomite and JJ. Out of the $38,000, the vet claims she’s only seen $8,000.

The vet was hired to groom and feed the dogs while Mariah was filming Precious in LA. If she’s getting paid $38,000 to feed and groom 3 dogs, then I am in the wrong business!

Mariah’s rep says the singer’s legal team is unaware of the lawsuit.

Ryan Murphy, the genius behind “Glee” acts as the show’s co-creator, writer and producer. As someone who needs to keep peace on set, he has one simple rule he asks of his stars. No nookie in the trailers!

“I’ve certainly dated people I’ve worked with and, you know, when you work on a set for 18 hours a day I think it’s natural,” Murphy explained to Heat magazine. “But I have a rule: Don’t do it in your trailer.”

It was rule certain unnamed members of the “Glee” club didn’t follow.

“They’ve broken that rule on many occasions,” Murphy said. “I’m like, ‘I know you guys are young and hormonal, but don’t do it in your trailer.’ I’m the dad, that’s what I say’.”

Fresh off her turn in the summer blockbuster film “Sex and the City 2,” Emmy® and Tony® Award winner Cynthia Nixon has just signed on as a guest star in four episodes of the new Showtime dark comedy series The Big C, starring Laura Linney. Nixon will play “Rebecca,” Linney’s flaky, long-lost college roommate who re-enters her life and shakes things up in a wild way. The 13-episode series is currently shooting in Stamford, Connecticut for an August 16th at 10:30p PT/ET premiere, immediately following WEEDS.
