Lindsay Lohan has been ordered to come to court … and as TMZ first reported the command performance is because the judge has determined she has not complied with the terms of her probation. If Lindsay does not show tomorrow, the judge will issue a warrant for her arrest.
Here’s the thing… Lindsay is now claiming that someone STOLE her passport in Cannes! Lindsay claims she actually went to the airport yesterday in an effort to make her court appearance, but was denied boarding a plane without her passport.
Lindsay has an appointment with the US Embassy tomorrow morning at 9:00 to receive a new passport, but that confirms there’s no way she’ll be back in time for her very important court appearance.
As for the court hearing, Judge Marsha Revel has said she will issue a warrant for Lindsay’s arrest if she doesn’t show up at 8:30 AM. But Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, tells TMZ, “I was on the phone with Lindsay’s assistant the entire night and we’re doing everything we can to resolve this issue and get her back to L.A.”
Holley says, “Lindsay is distraught because it was her intention to get back to L.A. today to do more alcohol education classes today and appear in court tomorrow.”

Call him Mr. Congeniality: it’s Louis Bardo Bullock!
After months of secrecy, Sandra Bullock brought her four-month-old son out in public earlier this month: over Mother’s Day weekend in New Orleans, and several days later in Austin, Texas, as exclusive new photos in Us Weekly reveal.
In Austin (where she owns a home) on May 14, Bullock was “showing the baby off to just random people in stores,” a fellow shopper tells Us.
“Sandra was in a really happy mood.” Bullock, 45, was “such a natural with [Louis] and so easygoing and chill,” local store owner Jennifer Mazuelos says. “He’s such a big boy!”
After a devastating couple months — the revelation of husband Jesse James’ multiple affairs and a late-April divorce filing — the Oscar-winner is finally settling into full-time motherhood.
“Sandra is loving it!” a pal tells Us. Adds another: “Having Louis around is perfect therapy for what she went through with Jesse.”
While Bullock never considered adopting alone prior to her shocking split, her unexpected single parenthood has been “an extraordinary lesson for her,” a friend says.
“It’s impossible to keep a secret…especially one as wonderful as this,” the message reads.
“We want to be the first to share this great news with everyone that we are expecting a new addition to the our family.”
The message is signed “John, Kelly and Ella.”
Travolta, 56, and Preston have a 10-year-old daughter, Ella Bleu. In January 2009, their 16-year-old son Jett tragically died of a seizure. “We’ve been working very hard every day as a family to heal, Travolta said in November, adding that the “outpouring of love from, really, worldwide has been extraordinary.”
According to Star Magazine, John Travolta and Kelly Preston are pregnant!
In the May 31 issue of Star, they report that the Hollywood stars — who suffered the devastating loss of their son, Jett, in 2009 — are expecting a baby.
“Kelly is about three months pregnant,” an insider tells Star about the 47-year-old actress, who’s also mom to 10-year-old Ella. “Both she and John are absolutely over the moon — they knew in their hearts that the time was right for this to happen.”
Could they be any cuter together? Rumors have been swirling that the costars are a couple…but I’m not buying it. I’m still holding out for a Rachel McAdams reunion!

In this week’s New York magazine, Michael Douglas talks to New York magazine’s Jada Yuan for 21 minutes, a portion of which he opens up about his son’s sentencing:
“The things that are going on with Cameron are done with now,” Douglas told me earlier that day at the Regency Hotel. “He’s gotten sentenced, so the tough part was the year before. But, you know,” he chuckles, “the timing was not great. And he did that stuff. But that part is over with now, and we’re all just getting closer to summer holidays. A chapter has ended, and for our family it’s been rewarding, with certain pain for other members. Um, but hopefully a really good learning experience.”
