Lindsay Lohan definitely didn’t look too concerned about her court hearing today, when she was partying the night away in Cannes last night. Here she is leaving a yacht late last night. Guess she better enjoy her last bit of freedom, Lindsay could be arrested on the spot when she arrives back in Los Angeles tomorrow.

As I’ve been reporting all week, Lindsay Lohan is in some serious trouble with the law. Lindsay was a no-show for her DUI progress report hearing this morning. She’s still in Cannes, where it was reported yesterday – she had her passport stolen. She received another passport this morning – but was still in France when she should have been standing before the judge in Los Angeles.

It was reported that if she did not show for the hearing today – that there would be an arrest warrant issued to Lindsay… and that’s exactly what happened. Judge Marsha Revel claims she has reason to believe Lindsay has a drug and alcohol problem. She said she wasn’t buying Lindsay’s “someone stole my passport” claim, saying “Actions speak louder than words.”  The judge felt Lindsay could have gotten a replacement passport and made it back on time.  And, the judge said Lindsay had “a history of not keeping scheduled appointments.”

Lindsay Lohan’s attorney Holley said there was no reason to require drug testing, but the judge noted that Lindsay was charged in 2007 with being under the influence of cocaine.

Judge Revel said Lindsay knew she was going to jail if she violated probation and knew she needed to get court approval before missing her alcohol ed classes.

The judge said there is probable cause to believe Lindsay has violated her probation.  If the judge determines Lindsay did indeed violate probation she could be jailed for 180 days.

UPDATE 8:40 AM PT: Judge Revel just laid out stipulations if Lindsay posts bail:

1) LiLo can’t drink any alcohol until she has a formal probation hearing
2) The day LiLo arrives back in Los Angeles, she gets fitted with a SCRAM bracelet — which is an alcohol monitoring device
3) Lindsay has to undergo random drug testing at least once a week

Amanda Seyfried and Dominic Cooper are “on a break,” a source tells UsMagazine.com. The couple — who began dating about three years ago — have not officially split.

“They have been on and off for a long time,” the source tells Us. “Right now, they are taking some space from each other.”

“They still talk all the time and are trying to work things out,” continues the source. “They are still very good friends.”

Cooper partied with Lindsay Lohan until 5 a.m. Wednesday morning at a Belvedere party at club LeBaron in Cannes. A witness told Us, “It definitely looked like something was going on between them.”

But the source insists, “There is no drama. They are just on a break.”

Seyfried, 24, recently told Teen Vogue she wasn’t sure if Cooper was “The One.”

“Too much planning can lead to heartbreak,” she says. “Love is great and possible always, but it’s very rare to have the feeling that ‘I want to be with this person forever.’”

As The Hills barrels through its sixth and final season, betrayals, drug scandals and catfights are rampant — and nearly every friendship seems to be in ruins. But while many believe Kristin Cavallari, Audrina Patridge, Heidi Montag and their castmates brought the drama on themselves, it seems the producers may be largely to blame. According to insiders, Hills execs have been plying cast members with alcohol, paying them to spread rumors about each other — and even encouraging them to make sex tapes and leak them to the press, all for the sake of ratings. Far from being protective of their young stars, “some producers are definitely manipulative and dishonest,” cast member Alex Jervy Smith tells In Touch. And another Hills source agrees. “It seems they could not care less whether the cast is on drugs or out of their minds,” says the source. “They’ll create situations to stir up drama. And then everyone winds up hating each other. The cast will be fighting — which is what the producers want to happen in the first place.”

Lauren “LC” Conrad’s ex Jason Wahler says producers ended LC’s friendship with Heidi years ago. He believes producers encouraged Heidi and Spencer to spread false rumors that LC, 24, had a sex tape. “It really hurt Lauren’s feelings, and it wasn’t true,” he tells In Touch. And the trend continues. “They wanted Lo Bosworth to do a sex tape with her boyfriend Scott and leak it,” the insider reveals. “Lo refused.” Still, many of the Hills stars have seen their love lives put through the ringer for the sake of onscreen drama.

So the real question is – who actually believe this show is real in the first place!?
