Melissa Etheridge’s former partner Tammy Lynn Michaels has opened up about her heartbreak over the pair’s split, slamming the singer for calling the break-up “mutual”.

Melissa announced last month she had separated from Michaels – nine years after they exchanged vows in a commitment ceremony in California. Michaels has now accused Etheridge of not being honest about the end of their relationship, after she told Oprah Winfrey last month the separation was “as mutual as those things can be.” And the actress admits she’s hurting because she’s still in love with Etheridge.

In a post on her online blog, Michaels writes, “Things can be a long time coming to one and smash the hell out of another… Thank you for telling an interviewer that you WON’T censor me on my blog. I did not go anywhere, honey. And you and I both know it. Please stop telling the press it was mutual…”

“I still love that damn woman so much, I’m still trying to stop. I had a dream last where honey and I were fighting and going to get a divorce, and I woke up sobbing. then I realized. Oh. It’s true.”

I miss Alias! I love Vaughn!

Michael Vartan recently confessed he met his fianceé, Lauren Skaar, in the produce section of a supermarket.

‘I saw her and I was quite stunned,’ the 41-year-old Alias star told Access Hollywood.

“I thought to myself, ‘I’ve gotta find a way – I’ve got to jockey position in this checkout line or something.’”

Before approaching Skaar, Vartan said: “I was like a blubbering idiot … I didn’t really know what to do.”

After giving Skaar his email address, the couple struck up an online relationship, emailing and texting one another.

They recently became engaged and are yet to set a date for the wedding.

Moments ago, Lindsay Lohan sat before Judge Marsha Revel, once and for all. The judge was very stern, and was very direct with Lindsay. In order for Lindsay to remain free on bail, she cannot drink any alcohol,  she MUST wear a SCRAM (alcohol monitoring) bracelet at all times, and submit to drug testing once a week. If she does not comply, she could end up behind bars. The judge gave her 24 hours to get the SCRAM device put on.

During the hearing, Lindsay’s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley began to object to these conditions. She said that Lindsay is a working actress, and has a movie to film in Texas. Lindsay’s lawyer claimed that she would not be able to wear the SCRAM bracelet because Lindsay will have photoshoots – and a movie to film. But Judge Revel wasn’t hearing it. The judge then said she would state out loud all the reasons why the conditions were appropriate — but after talking it over with Lindsay, Holley backed off and accepted the conditions.

In so many words, the Judge said Lindsay cannot return to Texas to film her movie. The judge will not allow Lindsay to be drug tested in Texas, statedthat Lindsay must be randomly tested from LA. She said there would be nothing random about Lindsay taking her time getting home from Texas to be tested.

Lindsay’s lawyer asked the judge if Lindsay could take more than one alcohol education class a week (in an effort to get them over with, basically). The judge said she can go right ahead, but they would only count as extra classes. Lindsay must go to one alcohol class per week. Anything above and beyond that would simply be extracurricular.

The judge also scheduled a hearing to determine if Lindsay has violated her probation — the date for the hearing is July 6.

If the judge decides Lindsay violated her probation by not attending her alcohol ed program as required … she could be jailed for 180 days.
