This movie looks so good, it gave me goosebumps! Rachel McAdams AND Patrick Wilson!? Yes please! I cannot wait!!!
Paramount Pictures has debuted the trailer for Morning Glory, opening November 12 and starring Rachel McAdams, Harrison Ford, Diane Keaton, Patrick Wilson and Jeff Goldblum. The studio describes the comedy as follows:
When hard–working TV producer Becky Fuller (McAdams) is fired from a local news program, her career begins to look as bleak as her hapless love life. Stumbling into a job at “Daybreak” (the last–place national morning news show), Becky decides to revitalize the show by bringing on legendary TV anchor Mike Pomeroy (Ford). Unfortunately, Pomeroy refuses to cover morning show staples like celebrity gossip, weather, fashion and crafts – let alone work with his new co–host, Colleen Peck (Keaton), a former beauty queen and longtime morning show personality who is more than happy covering morning “news.” As Mike and Colleen clash, first behind the scenes and then on the air, Becky’s blossoming love affair with fellow producer, Adam Bennett (Wilson) begins to unravel – and soon Becky is struggling to save her relationship, her reputation, her job and ultimately, the show itself.
Rihanna claims she felt the burn when her ex-personal trainer allegedly bilked her out of more than $26k — and now she’s flexing her legal muscles to get it back.
It’s all part of a nasty and personal legal war between Rihanna and her former trainer Cindy Percival — who sued Rihanna last year for allegedly stiffing her out of $26,144 in unpaid fees and travel expenses.
Now, Rihanna has filed a countersuit in L.A. County Superior Court — claiming that Percival is not only full of crap … but in fact, she ran off with at least $26,244.63 of Rihanna’s cash.
Rihanna claims, among other things, that she had fronted Cindy more than $24k for services … but when she fired the trainer last year, the woman never paid back the enormous balance.
Nicole Scherzinger! And are we really surprised? We all knew from day one that she was going to take home the title. She already knew how to dance. She’s trained to pick up dance moves quickly. So yes, she won and yes she was really good.
However, she is not keeping the mirror ball trophy. That is going to go home to her mother.
“I’m going to give it to my mom because she’s the reason I really did this show,” the Pussycat Doll, 31, told Us after the show. “This is for her!”
Well done Nicole and congratulations on your victory.
Jesse James is claiming the childhood abuse he suffered at the hands of his father left him insecure and not feeling like he was good enough. So he cheated on Sandra Bullock as a result.
“I grew up with a huge amount of shame and fear and abandonment on my shoulders from a very young age and I think, you know, the way my mind rationalized [cheating], ‘Well, you know, I might as well do whatever I can to like run her off cause she is going to find out what I am anyway and leave me anyway,’” the biker, 41, said in a Nightline interview that aired Tuesday. “The struggle within myself for the things that I did …to damage marriage and my life and everything else, it’s all me. I’m doing it because, you know, I’ve basically never felt good enough for anyone.”
Abuse victims “self-sabotage their life … because of their abuse; they’ve never felt good enough,” he said. “Why would I totally destroy my wife’s life and humiliate her when I knew it was bad, you know? I may seem like a monster in people’s eyes, but I’m not that kind of person where I will willfully, you know, ‘I’m gonna get her, I’ll show her,’ that’s not what it’s about. It’s about trying to push someone away that I thought was going to leave anyway.”
Childhood abuse can cause people to act out in certain situations. We wish you the best Jesse and hope you can heal from your past. But learn from this lesson and don’t keep hurting those you love and who love you.
