Fans may have noticed new mom Jennifer Hudson’s fabulous figure, but she has remained mum on her secret to shedding the post-baby pounds- until now.

The Dream Girl announced at a press conference on April 1 that Weight Watchers is responsible for her newly-svelte self. “I tried diet after diet, plan after plan and saw pretty much the same, but Weight Watchers is that much more different,” Jennifer told the crowd in New York.

The Oscar-winner credits the weight loss company’s nonrestrictive meal plan with her amazing results. “I was able to eat sushi and I hadn’t had ice cream in about ten years, and pizza in about ten years, until now. The first week I lost 5 pounds!” she added.

Jennifer, who gave birth to her son with fiancé David Otunga, David Jr., last August, called for weight loss hopefuls to follow her lead. “I hope to set a good example for others. I would like to see many more do the same and conquer what they’ve been trying to conquer forever, because it’s possible!” she said.

Twitter might seem like a good place to lash out at your parents, unless your parents are just as Twitter savvy as you are — then they’ll lash right back! Lindsay Lohan has continued her Twitter rant against father Michael Lohan, but he’s not taking her Tweets tacitly.

“My father just sent me this as I was leaving my gym: ‘I told you to stop Linds this is the last time and take down the tweet about me HURTING MOM. U will be getting a call from SOMEBODY today to end you,’” Lindsay Tweeted this morning.

“I never ever said that,” Michael Tweeted back. “I have it on my text (it is date and time stamped)! what is wrong with U?OOOPS!I already l know that.”

“Yes I said take down the lies and U are getting a call (from ur Uncle) but never ever said ‘end’ to anything excpt ur problem,” he continued. “YOU R TWISTING THINGS JUST LIKE THE MEDIA DOES. THE VERY PEOPLE U CRITICIZE.”

“Done with ur&the other nonesense.Time to focus on what I have to,” he adds. “Take care of yourself until I can! Love you and God Bless you.”

But then LiLo’s dad took it to E! News.

“I’m not going to sit back and watch my daughter die or fall victim to something that so many other kids did,” Michael told E! News in an interview.

“She’s going to a rehab, there’s no doubt,” Michael said of how he claims Lindsay told him she’s taking meds for depression and attention-deficit disorder. “My daughter’s going to a rehab and she’s going to get better. Doesn’t matter how many times you go, but it has to be done the right way.

“I want her to be willing to do it on her own, and it seems that she’s living in denial,” he explained. “She thinks it’s okay and everyone says she’s fine. But is she fine? Is Lindsay Lohan fine? Tell me I’m wrong and then I’ll stop.”

“No, there was no physical abuse,” Michael said of Lindsay’s Tweeted claims. “I mean when there’s yelling, I tried to shelter my kids from any arguments my wife and I had. Dina unfortunately got the kids involved in the things we did in our life, the arguments that we had, and she still does it today. She uses my kids as pawns.”

But Michael says he and Dina Lohan both are concerned for Lindsay and played E! News a voicemail he claims to be Dina.

“I’m telling you Michael, time’s running out with this kid, I know it, I’m a mother, I feel it,” the recording said. “And she needs to get to a psychiatrist office today. Even if she just talks about anything. Just so she feels like she’s helping herself.”

“I don’t want to say anything about her assistants and the people around her but I think they’re turning a blind eye and that’s enabling,” Michael claimed.

The father concluded, “She went from such a vibrant, wonderful, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, caring, loving and inspirational woman to the exact opposite.”

The ‘Telephone’ singer – who is famed for her eccentric fashion sense – believes stars should make an effort when they appear at red carpet events as she thinks it’s something the fans deserve.

She said: “I think you should look nice all the time. When I meet celebrities and they’re in casual clothes, I’m always like, ‘Whaaat?’ I don’t mean to be judgmental, but it would do them better to be who they really are, all the time. When I get out of a car and there are 30 fans waiting for me, I know I’m dressed the way I should be. There’s a reason they have that emotional reaction.”

The 24-year-old star also admitted her image is highly sexed but denied rumors she buys her clothes from sex stores.

She told Britain’s OK! magazine: “Everybody loves sex. I would love to be introduced to one person on the planet that does not love sex. I don’t buy my clothes from sex shops. I just recently have had a love affair with S+M clothing and masks as I love the idea of telling stories with no face. I believe in some things very strongly and that is the power of showbiz.”

He isn’t engaged to Miley Cyrus, but Liam Hemsworth still feels like he’s a part of the Cyrus clan.

“Their whole family’s great,” says the Aussie actor, 20, who’s been dating his The Last Song costar, 17, since August. “They’ve always been super friendly to me and very welcoming.”

Does he consider the Cyruses his second family, especially since his parents live in Australia while he’s been working in the States?

“Yeah … pretty much,” Hemsworth told People Wednesday after surprising the Boys & Girls Club with a private screening of The Last Song at the ArcLight in Hollywood. “I love their family. Her parents are great [and] they’re very friendly people.”

As for Miley herself, “she’s got such a big heart and [is] just so open,” he says. Filming with her was a breeze – even though their first kiss was in front of cameras – since “we always got along really well,” he says.

Adds Hemsworth, “We feel very strongly about each other.”
