Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel’s notoriously on-and-off relationship is once again on the rocks as the singer cozies up to ex Cameron Diaz while shooting the romantic comedy Bad Teacher, reports the new Us Weekly (on newsstands now).

Multiple sources tell Us Weekly that Diaz, 37, and Timberlake, 29, flirt openly on the Valencia, Calif., set.

“He tortured Jess by taking this role, and they are reaching a breaking point,” a pal tells Us Weekly. “The truth is, I don’t know if they can survive this.”

While shooting, it’s like “old times” for Timberlake and Diaz, who dated for four years before he began romancing Biel, 28, in 2007.

There’s “lots of laughing, making fun of each other, kidding around off camera,” the source says. “She’s sassy with him — and slick, prancing around in tight clothes.”

Biel and Timberlake have been having “huge arguments” on the phone about it, says one source. The more Biel gets “territorial and upset,” another adds, Timberlake gets turned off and turns more toward Diaz, with whom he has been having “a ball.”

And though Timberlake’s mom has told Us that Biel is “one of us,” a source close to Timberlake tells Us Weekly he “won’t marry” her because “he doesn’t respect her anymore.” In fact, the source says, “when she’s not around, he’ll make fun of her to his friends.”

After declaring to People that she was in terrific health following a brief hospitalization for respiratory problems, Whitney Houston returned to the stage in the U.K. Tuesday night.

Though she canceled three performances last week, Houston, 46, told fans at Birmingham’s LG Arena that she felt “pretty good” during her first concert in the U.K. in over a decade.

The singer looked and sounded pretty good too, starting off with songs from her new album I Look to You. Despite a technical hitch with her microphone, she confidently strutted around the stage in fitted white pants, a long flowing white blouse and a silver jacket. Thanking the crowd for their love, support and loyalty, Houston even paused to sign an autograph for a fan between songs.

But things soon took a turn for the worse.

When Houston left the stage for a lengthy wardrobe change, the audience became restless, even booing the singer as her brother, Gary Houston, tried to keep the crowd of 15,000 entertained with a solo performance of one of his sister’s tracks, and her three backup singers performed their own version of the Houston hit “I’m Every Woman.”

About 15 minutes later, the star re-emerged and addressed her absence. “Thank you for being understanding, letting me dry off and change my clothes,” she said, adding, “I heard you get mad … but I understand, I’m here now.”

But that wasn’t enough for some fans and critics, who noted that she appeared “tired” and “erratic.” She struggled to hit the high notes in many of her signature anthems such as “I Wanna Dance with Somebody” and “All at Once,” appearing breathless onstage and asking arena staff, “If there is any [air conditioning] in the house, please turn it off. I just got over a really bad cold … Please make it quick!”

The singer continued to battle through her set and concluded with a husky version of her signature hit, “I Will Always Love You.” Appearing to have lost her voice altogether, she gestured the sentiment to her fans, clutching her chest and blowing kisses as she took her final bow. “Just heard a clip of Whitney Houston from her show last night singing ‘I Will Always Love You,” wrote one viewer on You Tube. “Get your money back!”

Still, The Guardian praised Houston’s vocals and declared “she’s definitely back, while the U.K’s Times noted that her “old magic” was back.

Houston continues her tour in Nottingham, England, on Wednesday night and heads to Ireland on Saturday.

The Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry will not be filing charges against Jon & Kate Plus 8 producers, who were under investigation for potentially violating state child labor laws.

According to a letter issued last month, but released Wednesday, producers must obtain child-permits if they wish to film the Gosselin children in the future. They must also allocate a portion of the proceeds into a trust fund for kids, the Associated Press reported.

“Kate and I were doing what was best for our family,” Jon Tweeted Wednesday. “And it gave us an opportunity to spend quality family time together.”

Kate’s brother and sister-in-law Kevin and Jodi Kreider, who have spoken out against the show, were expected to testify Wednesday as Pennsylvania state lawmakers hold hearings to review child labor laws for TV and film production.

“The allegations made today by Kevin and Jodi Kreider have not been my experience at all during the production of Jon & Kate Plus 8,” Jon said in another tweet.

Khloe Kardashian wants her sis Kim to take some time off from dating after calling it quits with Reggie Bush.

“I pray she stays single,” Khloe, 25, said on the Today show Wednesday. “Kim goes from one relationship to the next.”

Khloe says Kim’s split from the New Orleans Saints running back, whom she had been dating on and off since 2007, wasn’t because of “anything bad” between them.

“I think it’s just time to move on,” she says. “It’s a good thing they never wed. It’s like ending on a good note.”

(And unlike her relationship with big sister Kourtney’s baby daddy, Scott Disick, whom she famously dubbed douche lord, she is on much better terms with Kim’s ex. “I was talking to Reggie yesterday on the phone,” she says.)

How are things with her own beau of about six months, Lamar Odom?

“We’re so in love,” Khloe gushes. “I’m a little — it’s a little obsessive.”

She says she “can’t wait” for Odom to wrap up his Lakers season.

“We’re just excited for it all to be over. We haven’t even had a honeymoon yet. We’re excited to take two weeks, go out of the country, leave our cell phones behind…” she says. “We want to be with each other.”

Khloe just wrapped taping on the second season of her E! reality show, Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami, where she spent a lot of time with her 4-month-old nephew, Mason.

“Kourtney feeds him on command,” Khloe says. “If he ever makes a noise, she breast feeds him. I think it’s entertaining for her.”

Khloe remembers his birth like it was yesterday.

“She reached out and pulled him out herself! I was like, ‘I think you ripped something. I don’t think you’re allowed to do that!’” Khloe laughs.

A source close to Angelina Jolie calls a new report claiming the actress is three-months pregnant with her seventh child “totally false.” A rep for the actress also denies the pregnancy reports.

Right now, it’s all about quality time between the Jolie-Pitt kids and their grandparents. Brad’s parents are staying with the family in Venice, while Angelina continues to shoot The Tourist with Johnny Depp.

On Tuesday, Knox, 1½, took his daily balcony break, this time with Brad’s mom, Jane, to watch the boats in the canal. Two days before, he stepped out with his grandpa, William.
