Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva, his Russian musician-singer girlfriend and mother of their 5-month-old daughter, have split after over a year of dating, a source tells People.

“They just drifted apart,” says a close friend of the couple of the amicable split. “They’re both working hard on their careers and trying to raise a sweet baby together. They’re still friends and they’ll both raise Lucia together.”

Gibson is in Mexico filming How I Spent My Summer Vacation, and Grigorieva is working on her music. Next week, she has plans to perform a charity concert in Russia to benefit “Grant Life,” a foundation to help children with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.

In addition to Lucia, who was born on October 30, 2009, Gibson, 54, has seven children (six sons and a daughter) with his estranged wife Robyn, while Grigorieva has a son, Alexander, with her former boyfriend, actor Timothy Dalton.

In April of last year, the actor’s wife of 30 years filed for divorce. Later that month, he and Grigorieva made their first public appearance together as a couple.

Gibson’s rep had no comment.

TMZ has learned Lindsay Lohan just bailed on her deposition in a case where she’s being sued for allegedly holding three men hostage in an SUV.

Lindsay is being sued over the 2007 incident … in which she allegedly hijacked an SUV — with three men and a baggie of cocaine inside. Lindsay allegedly took the wheel and chased another car from Malibu to Santa Monica, where she was ultimately arrested for DUI.

But this morning, Lindsay showed up to a lawyer’s office in an SUV … this time as a passenger …. in Venice, CA for her depo, but there was a conflict. Lawyers for the three men (and the lawyer for one of the women in the car she was chasing) wanted to grill Lindsay all day, but Lindsay said she only had a few hours.

After arriving an hour and a half late, Lindsay bailed without even getting out of the SUV. We’re told the plaintiffs’ lawyers told her if she wouldn’t sit for her depo for the full day … she shouldn’t bother at all.

She’s a TV star, a successful shoe designer and a household name, but Jessica Simpson wants something else.

“I just want a normal man!” The Price of Beauty star says. “Somebody who’s normal! That’s it!”

Her next boyfriend doesn’t have to be a rock star (been there, done that John Mayer) or a football player (remember Dallas Cowboys Quarterback Tony Romo?). She adds, “I think I’ve said I’ve wanted to date a doctor … A chef…”

Mom Tina Simpson, who joined Jessica at Good Housekeeping’s 125th anniversary celebration Monday night in New York City, says she would like her daughter to date “whatever man she wants to be with.” But agrees, “a doctor – that’ll work! Or a businessman. Someone who will take care of me when I’m old!”

Tila Tequila met up with PopEater to chat about her newest career, writing a celebrity gossip blog that she says will “dethrone Perez Hilton.”

“This is my calling,” Tila told PopEater of her new blog. “I’m very outspoken, I don’t care what anyone says about me and I will call it out as I feel. So the celebrity gossip blog will just dethrone Perez Hilton.”

“They’re like, ‘Don’t interview Perez!’ I’m like, uh, he wouldn’t fit on my screen,” Tila said of who she hopes to interview. “Whatever. I would love to interview Ed Norton. Or Johnny Depp. He was the bad boy. Now he just does his thing and disappears.”

“I don’t know why I’m controversial,” Tila added. “I don’t do anything, like what is the problem?”

Being so controversial might have something to do with her being “very outspoken.” Just a thought.

The rumors of a split between Audrina Patridge and Ryan Cabrera? Just that, the reality star says.

Patridge told late-night talk host George Lopez on Tuesday’s Lopez Tonight that she and her rocker boyfriend, 27, are definitely “not broken up,” following rumors of a rift following Cabrera’s recent no-show at a Las Vegas event Patridge was hosting.

“We’re still together,” Patridge, 24, said. “We started reading all of these rumors and seeing it on TV that we broke up and we’re sitting there and we just start laughing about it, like, ‘Wow, did we really break up?’ That’s not true.”

Patridge also aimed a jab or two at her The Hills costar Heidi Montag, admitting she had “changed a bit.” She gave Lopez a run-down of Montag’s controversial plastic surgery makeover: “Yeah, she got her chin chiseled, her nose done again, her cheeks, boobs redone, lipo, butt job, I don’t know, 10 procedures … in one day … ”

He’s gone to rehab and resumed his golf career, but Tiger Woods’ marriage is as wobbly as ever, sources tell People.

His wife Elin Nordegren skipped the golf star’s big comeback at the Masters and was described as disgusted and outraged by his Nike commercial featuring a voiceover by his late father. After Woods finished the tournament, coming in fourth, Nordegren flew out of Florida without her husband and their two children – they were left with nannies – for a destination unknown, friends say.

“Elin was violently angry over this commercial and thought it was a cheesy thing to do,” one friend tells People. “She wouldn’t have gone near the Masters under any condition, but that just made her madder. She is over Tiger. I wouldn’t be surprised if she files for divorce sometime soon.”

So far, though, it’s only been talk among friends. No legal papers have been filed, and it hasn’t even been confirmed that she’s retained a divorce attorney.

Still, another friend says Nordegren has run out of patience with Woods, taking offense with his return to golf – she had been led to believe he was going to take more time off. (On Wednesday morning it was reported that Woods has sent his entry to the U.S. Open, to be held June 17-20 at Pebble Beach, Calif.)

At home in Florida while Woods competed in Georgia, Nordegren didn’t watch a broadcast of the tournament, using the TV instead for movies and videos for the children.

“She’s so far beyond hurt now. If she were angry or if she hated him, they might still have a chance to work it out. But she’s beyond that. She’s numb. She just doesn’t care anymore. She’s like, ‘Whatever.’ Elin’s not the type to get all weepy or have pity parties for herself. She mourned the loss of this marriage, and now she’s moving on. It’s the only thing she can do.”

Kate Walsh and her ex, film executive Alex Young, are now legally free to wed other people.

Earlier this week, a Los Angeles judge dissolved the former couple’s 14-month marriage. The Private Practice star and Young married in September 2007, but Young filed for divorce in November 2008, citing irreconcilable differences.

When the former couple reached a divorce settlement in February, Walsh and Young used a coin toss to divide some of their property. “One-half of the community property furniture and artwork to be divided by alternating picks after the flip of a coin to determine who will pick first,” their settlement agreement read.

Young will also receive $627,000 as part of the settlement, as well as one-half of residuals for all work performed by Walsh during their marriage.

Walsh, 42, is currently dating Neil Andrea.
