Docs: Heidi’s Breasts Could Droop Significantly

Heidi Montag — who famously underwent a staggering 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day (a breast enlargement, among them) — unveiled her post-surgery bikini bod last weekend in Las Vegas.

Though the 23-year-old Hills star — whose breasts are now a size “E” or “F” and legally cannot undergo any more surgery — was all smiles as she showed off her new assets, several plastic surgeons tell UsMagazine.com she faces a slew of post-surgery woes.

“The excessive weight of the implants in these extreme augmentations almost always leads to chronic lower back pain and significant drooping of the breasts,” says New Jersey-based Dr. Lyle M. Back. “Often, the entire balance of the spine can be thrown off, resulting in chronic neck strain, painful shoulders and even a stooping posture.”

San Francisco plastic surgeon Dr. Joel Beck thinks she also may have trouble breastfeeding. “If the breasts are too big, the baby can’t latch on to get a mother’s milk,” he says.

As Montag ages, he adds, “the implants will thin the [skin] tissues and require a breast lift.”

The implants are so oversized, they could even “erode through the skin and be exposed, mandating [their] removal,” adds Dr. Beck.

But her second nose job could have “the most potential consequences,” warns Dr. Mark Berman, president of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. He tells Us that Montag may lose the ability to breathe through her nose if her nostrils have been “narrowed too much.”

(Her only major non-threatening surgery? Her back scooping — which, according to Dr. Berman, refers to “liposuction around the hips and flanks to narrow the waist.” “Since only fat would be removed, other than the general discomfort from the initial healing phase … she should be able to do any physical activity she could previously do,” Dr. Berman says. [Montag has been photographed doing yoga, but she has said she can't jog anymore because she'll injure her new breasts.])

Not only does she face physical ramifications – but psychological ones as well.

“There’s a lot of pressure to look a certain way in Hollywood,” admits Dr. Larry Fan, a Harvard-trained leader in aesthetic plastic surgery. “It’s just not emotionally healthy to want to change so many things about your appearance at all once. I am most concerned about Heidi’s emotional health and sense of body image.”

Kim Kardashian Caught Kissing Sexy Portuguese Soccer Stud

Newly single Kim Kardashian and hunky Portuguese soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo recently hooked up in Madrid, Spain, a Kardashian pal confirms to UsMagazine.com.

On Monday, Kardashian 29, had a romantic lunch with Real Madrid star Ronaldo, 25, at eatery La Dorado. An onlooker at the restaurant observed the pair “kissing” and being “very affectionate.”

Paparazzi shots show each leaving La Dorado separately. The pair then traveled in separate cars back to Ronaldo’s mansion, where the reality star stayed for several hours.

A Kardashian pal explains that Kardashian and Ronaldo recently met in L.A.; when the athlete heard that Kardashian was in his home city (she watched his team play at a Saturday night game), they decided to meet up.

So far, the hot new couple are “just having fun.” Kardashian is “taking her time,” the pal says. “They both travel a lot, so it’s easy for them to see each other.” Last June, Ronaldo signed a six-year, 80-million euro ($132 million) deal with Real Madrid — reportedly making him the world’s highest-paid soccer player.

Kardashian and New Orleans Saints player Reggie Bush, 25, ended their on-and-off relationship of nearly three years last month. “Sometimes loving each other isn’t enough,” a source explained to Us Weekly. “They wanted different things.”

Tori Spelling: Dean McDermott and I ‘Are So Together’

Stating that “we are so together” and “there is no divorce in our future, at all,” Tori Spelling continues to dispel rumors of a split with husband Dean McDermott.

“Everyone has marital problems,” Spelling, 36, tells Ellen DeGeneres on Monday’s The Ellen DeGeneres Show. “You know, you fight with your partner.”

This isn’t the first time Spelling delivered an on-air status update on her marriage. She also appeared on the April 5 Today show to dismiss divorce rumors, after footage from the fifth season of Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood, which premieres Monday on Oxygen, was leaked.

The clip reportedly shows Spelling telling her husband of nearly four years: “It’s like you got more and more unhappy and angry. I just want the old Dean back. I really do. I miss you so much.”

McDermott, 43, who also appears on DeGeneres’ show, adds that earlier seasons of Tori & Dean focused on the running of their b&b and the raising of two children, while the current spotlight is on them as a couple.

“Now we’re taking a close look at our relationship,” he says. “And, really letting the viewers in to see what it’s like.”

Charlie Sheen Is Not Pulling a Britney, Says Pal

Charlie Sheen may be sporting a new buzz cut, but don’t compare him to Britney Spears – who famously shaved her head while going through a challenging time.

Despite reports likening Sheen’s new ‘do to Spears’ impulsive decision to go bald, the actor’s close friend tells People any parallel is absurd.

“For seven years [doing Two and a Half Men,] Charlie had to have the same haircut,” says Mark Burg, an executive producer on the show and longtime Sheen pal. “Now that he’s completed his contract, he decided to get a haircut and he used a No. 2 buzzer. No big deal. He likes it and likes that it’s easier to take care of. It looks good!”

In recent months, Sheen, 44, has been in rehab and is facing an assault charge after a heated Christmas day argument with his wife Brooke Mueller.

Confirmed: Jennifer Aniston to Launch Signature Fragrance Lolavie!

Brace yourselves, Jennifer Aniston fans–following months of buzz, the actress has announced that she will indeed be launching her first ever fragrance.

“It’s been a year-and-a-half journey,” Aniston told WWD. “I’d been asked to do things before, and it never felt organic. But when Leon [Falic, president of the Falic Fashion Group] approached me to be involved with the process from inception to fruition, I thought, ‘This could be a creative expression.’”

Aniston describes the end product, named Lolavie, as “a nonperfume perfume.” And while specific fragrance notes have yet to be released, one thing is certain, it will be a lighter take than her childhood introduction to scent. “The first perfumes I ever wore were Miss Dior and Anais Anais,” she says.

“My mother wore Calèche and my grandmother used a body splash that came in a big yellow jug that she kept by the bathtub. Those were very strong scents. Now I am not a big perfume-y fragrance fan.” So what does she want her scent evoke? “I want people to go, ‘What is that? You smell great!’ But most of all I wanted it to smell natural,” she says. American fans will have to pull out their passports to get a first sniff of Lolavie, which will launch in the U.K. at Harrods in June starting at around $47 for a 50-ml. bottle, or wait for the as yet undetermined U.S. distribution that will follow.

George Lopez Happy to ‘Step Up’ for Sandra Bullock

George Lopez’s answer to why he’s been visiting with pal Sandra Bullock after news of Jesse James’ alleged infidelity broke? That’s what friends are for.

“She’s my fairy godmother,” Lopez said in an interview that aired on E!’s Daily 10 Thursday night. “She knows how much I care about her. And, you know, when times are tough, friends step up.”

Added the Lopez Tonight host: “She’s a beautiful person, and when she needs friends, of course I’m going to be there.” The two have been close since 2000, when Bullock discovered Lopez, who was then a stand-up comic. Two years later, she executive produced his hit television show, George Lopez.

“Sandra Bullock completely gave me life,” Lopez told People in a 2006 interview.

In recent weeks, Lopez has been spotted at his friend’s Hollywood Hills home, paying her visits and giving lurking paparazzi updates on her welfare. (“She’s all right,” he said after an April 6 visit.) But what would the talk show host say to Bullock’s husband, Jesse James, if he saw him on the street?

Nothing, he told E! “Oh, he’d kick my ass,” he said. “I can’t beat him up. That dude’s strong!”

Katherine Heigl: Motherhood Brings Out My Emotional, Protective Side

As her daughter Naleigh takes her first steps and begins talking, Katherine Heigl is learning a lot too – about herself and motherhood.

“I’m a lot more strict than I thought I would be,” Heigl says, laughing, at the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals ball in New York.

“I really feel like discipline and manners, a good schedule, a good night sleep and a good nap are really important. I didn’t think I would be quite so like that.”

Heigl, 31, who was being honored at the event for her service to animal rescue, is also surprised to find herself getting emotional while watching a movie or TV show involving a mother-daughter relationship.

“It is so gut wrenching in a way that I could have never predicted,” she says. “You have this empathy suddenly -– this compassion for a mother going through anything complicated or difficult with a child. It’s something that I understand now –- that unbelievable drive and instinct to protect.”

Not that she’s doing it alone.

“I really could not have imagined a better father for [Naleigh]“, she says of her musician hubby Josh Kelley.

“She’s the luckiest little kid. We call him “Disneyland Dad” because as soon as he comes in it’s just fun and happiness — and she rides around the room on his shoulders.”

Adds Heigl: “He’s [also] fantastic with diapers, food, naptime, playtime – he’s got it all.”

Heigl’s mom, Nancy, concurs: “Both her and Josh are wonderful, wonderful parents,” she tells People. “They just adore her.”

As for her granddaughter, “Naleigh has a real strong personality,” she says. “She’s really a wonderful little girl. We all squeeze her and kiss her on the cheek. She’s very round and very adorable. She’s almost edible!”

Sixteen-month-old Naleigh, meanwhile, has started to walk and talk on her own. Her first word? “It was ‘hi,’” Heigl says. “And then she would go, ‘Oh yeah!’ all the time. She would be playing with her toys and go, ‘Oh yeah!’ in that inflection. It’s genius!”
