According to law enforcement sources, TMZ reports that Heather Locklear is “unlikely” to have prosecutors file hit-and-run charges against her.

Heather was arrested Saturday after allegedly hitting a “no parking” sign and leaving the scene, TMZ reports.

However, law enforcement sources say cops don’t have enough proof showing Heather was driving the car.

After watching surveillance video at Heather’s development, the BMW in question is scene arriving hours after the accident, but the driver can not be identified.

An investigating deputy found a piece of plastic at the scene that matched what was missing from Heather’s car.

However, sources say it is “extremely unlikely” prosecutors will file charges because as of now there is “nothing approaching proof beyond a reasonable doubt.”

When it comes to her interior-decorating style Courteney Cox is no cougar. The older it is, the better!

OK! caught up with the star of Cougar Town Wednesday at the L.A. Antiques Show Opening Night Preview Party to celebrate its 15 Year anniversary and to benefit P.S. Arts.

“I’ve been coming to the events for quite a few years now,” Courteney told reporters.

On her show, Courteney’s passion seems to be men, but in real life she’d rather have a good antique instead!

“I’m so nuts about antiques and design,” she exclaimed. “That’s my passion and I love it!”

“I would say it’s kind of organic-modern,” Courteney said of her design style. “I like clean limes but I like, you know, wood and things.”

So does she think the best place is to look for antiques?

“I would say 1stdibs,” she shared.

As for her daughter Coco, she likes antiques too — in the form of toys!

“She’s into Barbies,” she said of what her daughter likes these days.

Mother’s Day is coming up and Courteney only has one request.

“To do whatever I want to do,” she said. “I don’t want a present.”

As for having having more children with her husband David Arquette or maybe adopting, Courteney’s not quite sure.

“Oh God, she exclaimed. “I don’t know!”

As the nightmare continues for Sandra Bullock, Michelle “Bombshell” McGee tells Life & Style she wants to meet the Oscar-winning actress in person. “I would like to sit down with Sandra and speak one-on-one,” she says. “I’d let her ask me questions, and I would be honest and open with her about the affair. If that would help her heal, I would do it.”

Life & Style has also learned that Jesse James’ employees at the Long Beach, Calif., headquarters of West Coast Choppers, which served as the site for many of Jesse’s unprotected romps with Bombshell, would laugh behind Sandra’s back when she came to visit her husband at work.

“They joked about Sandra being his sugar mommy and called her his Big Hitter,” a delivery driver who frequents West Coast Choppers tells Life & Style. “One time she looked pissed walking through. Everyone made a ‘Whoa, trouble!’ noise, and she just kept her head forward. They burst out laughing after she left, but she must’ve heard.”

Third time will be a charm for Lindsay Lohan’s deposition … or else.

TMZ was in court this AM when lawyers for the people suing Lindsay — over a wild ride on Pacific Coast Highway back in 2007 — asked a judge to order her to show up for her deposition. The attorneys also asked for sanctions against Lindsay, for not showing up twice for her depo.

But there were technical problems with the legal docs that were filed, and the lawyers — including Lindsay’s lawyer, Ed McPherson — agreed that Lohan will really really appear on May 4 for her deposition.

But this time the judge made it clear … he’ll throw the book at her if she doesn’t appear.

There’s a story out there that Tiger Woods’ Mistress #1 — Rachel Uchitel — is hitting a Vegas dance studio so she can be on the next installment of “Dancing with the Stars” … but TMZ has learned Rachel has become far more entrepreneurial and is pitching her very own reality show.

Sources tell TMZ Rachel, along with two producers and an agent, have gone to 4 different cable networks, pitching a show called “Romancing Rachel.” We’re told the premise is that Rachel has a hard time meeting guys, given what’s been going on with her. The pitch — watch Rachel try to find true love … with single guys.

We’re told Rachel was in L.A. earlier this month and pitched the show — along with her producing entourage — to E!, VH1, Oxygen and Lifetime. We’re told Lifetime and E! have passed, but VH1 and Oxygen are still in play.

As for Rachel’s entourage — one of the producers is Scott Jeffress, who produced “Jersey Shore,” “The Bachelor” and a bunch of other shows.

As for “DWTS” … we’re told Rachel isn’t taking dance lessons to get on the show. She just wants a new hobby.

Jennifer Lopez wasn’t afraid to laugh at herself — or her post-baby figure — after welcoming Emme and Max (her twins with husband Marc Anthony) in February 2008.

“I remember my flabby belly hanging out right after I gave birth,” Lopez, 40, confides in the new issue of Us Weekly. “I kind of laughed and said to Marc, ‘Look, baby! Isn’t this crazy?’ I just didn’t care.”

The superstar — just named Us Weekly’s Style Icon of the Decade — admits that she feels differently about that “belly” in hindsight. “I look back at pictures from that time, and I’m like ‘Oh, god, I was fat. I was still heavy eight months out!’”

It was Emme and Max who finally inspired Lopez to get her famous body back and shed 50 pounds. The star of The Back-Up Plan explains: “You get to the point where you’re like, Where am I? What happened to me? I got to get myself together for my kids, you know? They need to know what I really look like.”

Not that everything is exactly as it was before she became a mom. Although she’s “back to the size I was before I had the babies,” Lopez says her “rib cage” shifted while carrying her son and daughter. “Before I was always able to fit into sample-size clothes from designers, and now they have to take them out just a bit…It’s no big deal.”

Eighties supermodel Paulina Porizkova was once a featured judge on America’s Next Top Model — and she’s definitely got strong opinions on the surgical enhancements of Kate Hudson, Heidi Montag — and Madonna, too.

In her blog for the site Modelinia, Porizkova, 45, says she was “heartbroken” by last week’s before-and-after images (first shown by UsMagazine.com) of Kate Hudson’s chest.

“The before: an amazingly fit, gorgeous, and yes, small-breasted young woman in a to-die-for red bikini; in the other, a blond starlet sipping a latte,” she writes. “The cup size was undeniably different.”

“If big boobs make her happier, then more power to her,” she continues. But the 31-year-old actress’ apparent need to enlarge herself “is so much a sign of our times, and one that truly saddens me,” the mother of two says. “I used to use [Hudson] as an example of the perfect beauty with a small chest. Now, with her new boobs, she just looks like any California blond actress. Instead of enhancing, she has diminished herself.”

Praising the “elegant, feline sexiness” of classic movies stars Audrey Hepburn and Jean Harlow plus models Jane Birkin and Twiggy, Porizkova slams 23-year-old Hills star Montag, who has famously undergone over ten plastic surgery procedures.

“Compare any one of these natural beauties to someone like Heidi Montag, and it’s like comparing a Hastens Swedish handmade mattress to a cheap plastic pool float,” she snipes.

Porizkova also targets 51-year-old Madonna. “Madonna no longer looks like Madonna: what started as a sexy, well shaped, and somewhat hairy Italian girl has ended as a cool Nordic blonde,” Porizkova complains. “It’s not that she doesn’t look great, she does. But she is starting to sort of melt away into the stew of the famous women over-fifty-high-cheek-boned blondes-who-cannot-frown.”
