Man, things just go from bad to worse with good ol’ LiLo! TMZ is reporting that Lindsay is in trouble… again…

Lindsay Lohan has been named a suspect in the theft of a $35,000 Rolex watch, law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

We’re told the watch belongs to one of Lindsay’s “friends,” who accidentally left it at Lindsay’s house earlier this year — and never got it back.

But sources tell us that cops have photographic evidence which could prove Lindsay knows exactly where the Rolex went. We’re told cops rolled over to Lohan’s pad Wednesday to question the actress about the Rolex — but Lindsay denied any involvement in the theft.

So far, no arrests have been made in the case — but it’s another major issue for Lohan … who seems to be in a downward spiral.

Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, tells TMZ, “The allegations are completely untrue.”

Lindsay Lohan’s worried father staged a police raid on the actress’ Los Angeles home on Thursday – to check on his teenage daughter’s welfare.

The Mean Girls star took to her Twitter.com blog to note her outrage after Michael Lohan, her “ex-dad”, showed up unannounced at her home – with cops in tow.

i have no choice but to make this public, due to my sister’s safety, as well as my own, “my ex-dad” just WALKED INTO MY APT like the devil’s advocate with officers..

he has NEVER paid child support, and is marrying a tabloid writer and can barely spell his own name due to his “brain” that has been ruined

Her dad tells HollyScoop.com he was only checking on his daughter Ali’s welfare.

Michael explains, “Lindsay took Ali to the Coachella Music Festival this past weekend and drove home at 115 miles per hour.

“I went to the police department concerned about Ali’s welfare. I wanted to check on Ali. I want to make sure she’s OK. She’s 16 and she doesn’t belong there! She’s a minor.

“Ali is being exposed to nightlife and the people Lindsay is surrounding herself with.”

Michael Lohan also reveals he’s planning to meet with his troubled daughter’s attorneys to discuss the possibility of obtaining a conservatorship over Lindsay.

He adds, “She needs help and I won’t stop until she gets it.”

Amanda Peet ditched David Letterman on Tuesday for a good reason: She went into labor early and delivered daughter Molly June Benioff in New York.

The actress had been scheduled to appear on the “Late Show with David Letterman” to promote her upcoming film, “Please Give,” but instead she welcomed her second child with screenwriter husband David Benioff.

“Mother and daughter are doing great,” Peet’s rep tells PEOPLE.

Jeremy London is finally opening up about his on-going battle with prescription pills, which led to the demise of his marriage. London, who gained fame playing Griffin Holbrook on ‘Party of Five’ and Chandler Hampton on ’7th Heaven,’ admits his addiction spiraled out of control after the birth of his son.

“There were times I didn’t care if I died,” he told PEOPLE. “I felt like I was losing everything.”

London wed actress Melissa Cunningham in September 2006 and welcomed their son Lyrik, now 3, soon after. But his drug abuse only got worse. Although London entered rehab in September 2009, he and his wife are now going through a divorce.

For now, London can only see his son during a twice-weekly visitation. “I’m learning it’s much easier to deal with life with a clear head,” he said. “There are so many things I wish I could have done differently.”

London gave into his addictions during his rise to fame. “I was treated like royalty,” says London, 37. “It was hard for my brain to accept.”

The actor and his identical twin brother Jason moved to Los Angeles in 1993. At the time, he was still reeling from the death of his younger sister Dedre, who was killed in a car accident in 1992.

He was arrested in the spring of 2004 for allegedly driving with a suspended license and for carrying controlled substances.

This brings a tear to my eye…his twin brother Jason was in one of my all time favorite movies “The Man in the Moon” – which was Reese Witherspoon’s first film! That movie is a tear-jerker! I’d probably still cry if I watched it today!

Paris Hilton has recovered quickly from the heartbreak of her split from Doug Reinhardt, insisting she’s “better off” without the reality TV star.

A representative for the hotel heiress confirmed rumors the couple had parted ways earlier this month, admitting the break-up happened “weeks ago”, despite the socialite herself denying the claims just days before. But Hilton has already moved on from the failed romance and has declared herself so “over” the split.

She tells Usmagazine.com, “I am like, so past that – I don’t even care! I don’t even remember that time in my life. I am over it! I just realized that I’m better off without him. So I ended it because I deserve something much better! He wasn’t right for me and I will eventually find somebody who loves me for who I am.”

And Hilton is planning to enjoy all the benefits of being a single girl again – she intends to stay away from relationships for at least a few months.

She says, “I love it (single life)! I am having so much fun. A lot of guys have obviously hit on me and I am getting thousands of calls, but I’m not ready to be with anyone. (I want to) stay focused on myself and my family and my work. Then, maybe in six months or a year… but for right now, I’m just too busy for a relationship.”

Hilton dated the former The Hills star for a total of 14 months, although they split briefly last summer before reuniting.
