Dina Lohan is furious that her ex-husband Michael brought the Los Angeles Country Sheriff’s Department to daughter Lindsay’s apartment Thursday – and disputes his claim that the starlet is a bad influence on her younger sister, Ali.

“They scared the hell out of my girls,” Dina tells People. “Ali called me hysterically crying. They were hysterical and petrified of him. I spoke to the [police officer] and said, ‘You don’t have a warrant, get out!’

Michael says he called the cops to perform a “welfare check” on daughter Ali, 16, because he was concerned about her safety. “Ali is being exposed to nightlife and the people Lindsay is surrounding herself with,” he told Hollyscoop at the time. She’s 16 and she doesn’t belong there. She’s a minor.”

But Dina says Ali and Lindsay, 23, are perfectly safe.

“Lindsay is absolutely, 100 percent, not [a bad influence],” she says. “Ali is amazing. She loves her sister. Would I let my daughter go anywhere that’s dangerous? I mean, come on, Ali and Lindsay need to be protected from their ex-father. That’s the dangerous situation.”

Though Michael says he wants to help his daughters, Dina thinks that by going public with his concerns, “he’s creating a worse situation for everyone.”

“Michael’s not well,” Dina says. “Nothing he does surprises me. He’s dangerous. He’s not going to be able to [intrude] again and get that close. Ali doesn’t want to see him again. She has a block on her phone because she was so petrified of him”

Bottom line? “He needs to pay child support and leave his kids alone,” Dina says. “I’m not going to sit idle and watch bad things happen to my kids.”

Pamela Bach, David Hasselhoff’s ex-wife, has just been sentenced to 90 days in jail due to a DUI she received in November.

For the DUI she got back in November, Pamela was only sentenced to 30 days in jail, TMZ reports.

However, an extra 60 days had to be added due to her past record.

Pamela was on probation for a previous DUI , so her November DUI was a violation of her probation.

TMZ reports Pamela will start serving her 90-day sentence on May 3.

Friends star Lisa Kudrow is proud of aging naturally in youth-obsessed Hollywood and has no plans to go under the knife, but even she admits, “It’s sometimes just hard to watch yourself.”

“I mean, look, time marches on. You can’t look 30 when you’re not,” she told New York Magazine. “I don’t even know what to say about it. [Cosmetic surgery] makes me nervous, that stuff.”

“But still, you want to look good. So it’s sometimes just hard to watch yourself, like, ‘Oh god, what’s happening to me?’ There’s a line between looking like yourself and looking like a character from a Batman movie.”

Refusing cosmetic surgery has had other benefits for the 46-year-old. “In Cougar Town I played a dermatologist, and so the only note I had on the script was that I have to say that I haven’t had any work done — it’s too noticeable not to mention. Boy, I really hope I can put it off until I’m 60 or 70. I’ll keep you posted.”

Talking of Cougar Town: “I think Courtney [Cox]’s hilarious in it,” says Lisa. “She’s not just a pretty girl; she’s really goofy and ridiculous.”

Meanwhile, the blonde is celebrating the success of hosting and producing her hit NBC show about celebrity genealogy, Who Do You Think You Are?.

“It’s going great — I mean, wow, much beyond our expectations, I have to say. I knew it was good, but the question was if enough people would show up on a Friday night to watch it — and then they did,” she says of the primetime gamble.

“I was always going to do an episode on myself, but I kept thinking, ‘Well, maybe they won’t get the records they need.’ It’s tough to find Eastern European records on Jewish people.”

She also reveals which celebrity’s journey was her favorite: “Emmitt Smith, he was fantastic. How complicated is it that the person who owned your family is also your great-great grandfather?

“And he responded really clearly, like, ‘I’m glad that my heart’s not like his. And I’m glad he doesn’t know me’.”

Charlie Sheen’s marital drama only seems to be getting worse. Now reports say Charlie has been caught by photographers with a paid escort, and his wife Brooke Mueller refuses to sleep in the same house as him.

Radar Online reports that Charlie moved back to his home, brought his paid escort with him and Brooke moved out.

Apparently, Charlie has been sleeping at rehab, but coming home when he chooses. But when he does come home, Brooke leaves and does not speak to him.

Sheen has been sleeping at rehab but coming and going as he pleases. He was caught with a paid escort by photographers recently.

RadarOnline.com reported exclusively that Sheen has been having a several week affair with the escort and prior to that he hooked up with one of the escort’s friends!

RadarOnline reports that Charlie has been having an affair with the escort for several weeks and before that was hooking up with her friend when Brooke wasn’t home.

Charlie also reportedly used not only his home with Brooke to spend time with his escort, but also the home of his manager Mark Burg.

Their relationship is dead,” a source told Radar Online. “Brooke wants a payout.”

The source added, “She doesn’t want to sleep in the same house with him she’s so disgusted.”

Bret Michaels‘ health has taken a turn for the worse, People has learned: After an excruciating headache late Thursday night, the star was rushed to an undisclosed hospital where doctors discovered he suffered a massive subarachnoid hemorrhage (bleeding at the base of his brain stem), according to a source close to the situation.

Michaels, 47, is currently in critical condition. “After several CAT scans, MRIs and an angiogram, [doctors] decided to keep Michaels in the ICU and are running several tests to determine the cause. [It] will be touch and go for the next few days while he is under intense observation,” the source says.

The rocker’s latest hospital visit follows his emergency appendectomy in San Antonio, Texas, on April 12. There is no word yet whether this new development is related to the rocker’s recent appendectomy or to his diabetes.

After his appendectomy, Michaels remained in the hospital under his doctors’ care – then transferred to a rehab facility specializing in diabetic patients.

As he was recovering, Michaels – who was still in the running to win this season of NBC’s Celebrity Apprentice – seemed to be in good spirits and updated fans on his progress.

“They told me that if I had gone on stage like I wanted to, [my appendix] likely would have ruptured and I could have died,” he wrote in a note to his fans. “There is just no way around the fact that getting your appendix out HURTS. I have a pretty good threshold for pain, but this one hurts.”
