Bret Michaels, who suffered a brain hemorrhage late Thursday, is still in intensive care.

According to Michaels’ Facebook page, the rocker “remains in ICU under 24 hour surveillance. Further testing this week will help locate the source of the bleeding.”

“Please remember Bret is, and always has been, a fighter and survivor and is under the best medical care possible,” the update added.

The Poison singer had a “massive subarachnoid hemorrhage,” according to PEOPLE, and has been hospitalized since falling ill.

Just before his hospitalization, Michaels wrote on his blog that he still wasn’t felling well after undergoing an appendectomy on April 13.

“I’m not 100% yet … I have to get my blood sugar back in order, because it’s been all over the place because every day I’ve been real active and you’re not supposed to move around yet.”

Even though Kate Gosselin was eliminated from Dancing with the Stars on Tuesday, Louis van Amstel, Niecy Nash’s partner, thinks she showed promise.

“I must say, at the last minute, she showed more of herself,” Amstel told UsMagazine.com at Thursday’s Hot Hollywood party at Drai’s Hollywood inside the W Hollywood.

“Too late,” he added. Van Amstel wishes Gosselin had let her guard down earlier.

How would he have coached her? “You’d have to break her down and then teach — what’s going on, what’s holding you down. She needs a psychologist, that’s what it is…In the end, I felt really bad for Kate.”

On camera, the 35-year-old mom wiped away tears when hearing her fate on Tuesday. Gosselin said she was “relieved” about the news on Friday’s Live with Regis and Kelly; during her five weeks on the show, she consistently nabbed the lowest scores and the harshest critiques from the judges.

Behind the scenes, she was even more distraught. “I know Kate was really upset,” former DWTS pro Karina Smirnoff told Us at the Hot Hollywood bash. Smirnoff said, “I know she was very emotional and crying…It’s funny, every season we have celebrities that take it personally.”

There’s one upside, Edyta Sliwinska (partner to the ousted Aiden Turner) told Us at Thursday’s fete: “I think she fell in love with dancing. She says she’s going to put all her kids in a ballroom class!”

Kelly Osbourne is flabbergasted after her mom Sharon’s plans to turn her implants in to paperweights.

“I don’t even know what to think!” she told UsMagazine.com Thursday at Us Weekly’s Hot Hollywood party. “She’s a nutter. I think my dad [Ozzy] will probably enjoy it more than anyone else!”

When it comes to her own body, Kelly, 21, said she is content. The 5-foot-2 reality star — who recently told Us Weekly she weighs 118 pounds — says her workouts (which include Pilates and hiking) have now become “a routine and a way of life rather than something that I make myself do. I just do it. I don’t like it.”

She said she got plenty of exercise last weekend at Coachella.

“I was so tired by the time I was done,” Kelly told Us. “But then when I woke up and looked at my legs. I was like, ‘Yeah my legs look skinny because I walked so far!’”

On The Hills’ sixth season premiere Tuesday, Heidi Montag’s family grills her about undergoing 10 plastic surgery operations in one day.

Her sister Holly tells her she was shocked Heidi, 23, got all the work done because she always had “confidence … I don’t know what happened” (see clip, above).

Heidi, 23, says she just “wanted to be happier.”

But her mom tells Heidi she needs to deal with her “insecurity on a psychological level.”

“You don’t live where I live!” Heidi snaps back.

“So should you not live in that area?” her mom asks her.

The extent of Heidi’s surgery is revealed when the reality star tries to eat a burger.

“How’s that burger?” her sister asks.

“I can’t really chew it,” Heidi says.

Flustered, her mom spats, “Want me to put it in a blender for you?”

At only 2½ years of age, Valentina Paloma Pinault is already tri-lingual, proud mama Salma Hayek shares.

“She speaks three languages,” the actress said at the A Bid to Save the Earth Green Auction, held Wednesday at Christie’s.

Hayek’s husband François-Henri Pinault added, “She’s [speaking] fluently — English, Spanish and French. She can have a conversation,” the PPR CEO told People Moms & Babies.

The couple’s toddler isn’t the only one benefiting from a love of language — Hayek is as well. “It’s amazing how fast it comes,” Pinault notes. “She’s teaching French to her mother.”

Although Valentina has yet to begin writing down the words she’s learned, she certainly has a way with crayons!

“She draws faces now,” Hayek, 43, explains. “The eyes, nose and the mouth … she tries different ones.”

With her little girl keeping her on her toes, the actress admits she savors the quieter moments with her daughter.

“I love it when she wakes up, even if it’s from a nap,” notes Hayek. “She’s still confused and a still little bit sleepy before she goes full on with the energy!”
