Matt Damon and his wife Luciana are expecting another baby, his rep confirms to UsMagazine.com exclusively. Damon, 39, and Luciana, 34, are parents to Isabella, 3, and Gia, 21 months. Luciana has a daughter, Alexia, 11, from a previous marriage. Damon — who quietly wed Luciana at NYC City Hall in December 2005 — has credited his kids with keeping him grounded in Hollywood. His rep says, ”Everyone is excited.”

“It’s pretty easy to kind of lose your way… having kids is really helpful,” he told Parade magazine. “They kind of disabuse you of the notion of your greatness pretty quickly. There’s a routine that you get into with kids that precludes you from going back to your single days. I’m probably more boring than I used to be. I go to bed earlier and I get up earlier.” He said he hopes his daughters take after their mother. “My wife is a very wise and a very thoughtful person. Hopefully, they’ll inherit that,” Damon said. Added the actor (who supports charities including One, which fights AIDS and poverty in third world countries): “From me, I hope they’ll inherit a sense of social justice and a desire to continue some of those programs that I’m involved with. Maybe not those exact ones, but hopefully, something to further social justice.”

Courtney Love claims she slept with Gavin Rossdale even though he was with Gwen Stefani.

On “The Howard Stern Show” on Sirius XM Radio Monday, the Hole rocker, 45, said she had a “vision of marrying Gavin Rossdale one time … We were like, ‘Let’s go spend our rock star money!’”

During their eight months together, “we had a really good time …” she said. “He was lovely.”

She said she took heat because many thought Rossdale, 44, was too much like her ex, late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain.

“Everyone gave me so much s— because Gavin sounded like a lot like Kurt….” Love said. “But man, he was such an Adonis in his day! He got good in bed … something happened. Maybe Gwen taught him, for all I know.”

Stern then asked her, “You were [having sex] him while he was with Gwen Stefani?”

“Yes,” Love replied. “She does know.”

Stern continued: “You mean he was having sex with you while he was with her?”

“Everyone … yeah … and a few other people,” Love said. “We didn’t have a lot of pressure on each other, but we did like each other quite a bit.”

Rossdale has yet to comment on Love’s claims.

This isn’t the first time Rossdale has been in a scandal.

In 2004, DNA tests revealed that he had a secret lovechild. Stefani, 40, was said to be “devastated.”

The two, who wed in 2002, have two sons together: Kingston, almost 4, and Zuma, 1 1/2.

Newly single Paris Hilton, who recently broke up with boyfriend Doug Reinhardt, was spotted enjoying a night out with ex-boyfriend Jason Shaw in Beverly Hills.

Hilton and Shaw were spotted enjoying a night out April 24 at Woo Lae Oak, a popular Korean restaurant in Beverly Hills, at around 10 p.m. Aceshowbiz.com reports that after the dinner, Hilton tweeted a short message: ‘SO much fun last night.’

Shaw is reportedly thrilled after learning that Hilton has broken up with American baseball player Reinhardt.

‘When Jason found out that she had ended her relationship with Doug, he was thrilled and made plans with her right away,’ the website quoted a source as saying.

Hilton dated Jason Shaw for around three years before calling it quits and started dating singer Nick Carter.

‘Paris has always loved Jason and cared about him deeply. But when they were together she was just a kid and not ready for such a commitment,’ a source testified about their relationship.

Gwyneth Paltrow is glad she finally employed a nanny to care for her two young children – because she “couldn’t work” without the additional home help.

The Shakespeare In Love star and husband Chris Martin have two kids, Apple, five, and four-year-old Moses, and they refused to employ a nanny for years – with Paltrow taking time out from acting to focus on motherhood.

However, the 37 year old admits she’s now hired a professional to help take care of her children, and she couldn’t imagine working without the “life-saver”.

She tells Britain’s The Sun, “I have a nanny and she’s just like part of our family. She’s lovely and a life-saver and I couldn’t work without her. I couldn’t be here without her because she loves my children and they love her.”
