Lady Gaga featured in Time’s “100 Most Influential People” issue

This year’s Time 100 brings an array of artists, leaders, heroes and thinkers who are considered the 100 most influential people in the world — as assembled by Time Magazine. So whose ideas, innovations and actions are shaping our world? Lady Gaga, Sarah Palin and Taylor Swift — just to name a few.

While there’s no denying Gaga’s impact on our culture, the cover speaks for itself, with the pop songstress standing next to former President Bill Clinton and professional footballer Didier Drogba. Other notables making the list: President Barack Obama, ‘Twilight’ star Robert Pattinson and ‘Glee’ actress Lea Michele.

Inside the issue, Grammy Award-winning pop singer Cyndi Lauper admits, “I first heard the name Lady Gaga through a mutual friend. He couldn’t stop talking about her. Then I heard her music, and I thought, ‘Wow, I love this kid.’”
