TMZ has learned members of the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services paid a visit to the Jackson family home last night to check on Michael Jackson’s three kids and the other kids living at the house … all over a stun gun.

Turns out Jermaine Jackson’s 13 year old son Jaafar purchased a stun gun three weeks ago online (with the intent of stunning Michael’s youngest son, Blanket), and it was delivered the house. Security promptly confiscated the weapon. According to her lawyer, Katharine Jackson (Michael’s mom, and the grandma of these boys) reportedly took possession of the gun, and locked it up.

Michael’s three children, along with some of their cousins all live in the house under the care of Katherine. DCFS paid another visit to the mansion today to conduct more interviews.

Even though Katherine claims to have locked the gun up, TMZ has confirmed that the children were actually in possession of the gun, and playing with it last week. Sources claim the gun was being played with on the second floor of the home. Security guards inside the house heard the commotion, but couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Late last week, one of the security guards found the gun – and the children, and “stopped Jermaine’s kids from stunning Blanket.” The guard then took the gun.

DCFS confiscated one gun last night at 10:30PM, but according to TMZ’s sources, another gun remains on site. DCFS is returning to the house today.

Charlize Theron recently ended her nine-year relationship with Irish actor Stuart Townsend, according to a British report.

The South African beauty has been dating the Shooting Fish star since they met on the set of 2002 movie Trapped.

U.K. newspaper the Mail claims the couple has now parted ways, with Townsend allegedly moving out of their shared home in the Hollywood Hills.

Twilight star Robert Pattinson made it official last night, confirming to Life & Style that co-star Kristen Stewart is his girlfriend!

On the red carpet for his Remember Me movie premiere in NYC last night, Rob told Life & Style, “It’s nice” when asked, “How do you feel about your girlfriend Kristen being here to support you?”

Rob and Kristen offered even more evidence of their love for each other inside the Paris Theatre. An eyewitness with a bird’s eye view of Rob and Kristen tells Life & Style:

“Inside the theater, Rob rushed to sit down next to Kristen, who had been seated already. Kristen immediately asked him, ‘How was it?’ — referring to his red carpet entrance and interviews. He shrugged and smiled.

“As the lights went down Kristen clapped along with the crowd. She leaned over to Rob and nuzzled her head into his neck. He leaned his head into hers. They looked quietly affectionate and at ease with one another,” the eyewitness tells Life & Style. “During various scenes in the movie, Rob gave Kristen a nudge shoulder to shoulder. It was a cute gesture, perhaps to show her how into her he is. Throughout the movie, they each took sips from the same water bottle and they nuzzled into each other’s necks as they whispered and cuddled. It looked like they were kissing each other’s necks at different points in the movie — about six times. They definitely looked like a cute couple sharing quiet moments together.”

The eyewitness also tells Life & Style Rob and Kristen acted like they were the only two people in the theater: “At one point, Kristen laid her head on his shoulder and he rested his on hers. Their little signs of affection were mutual.”

After the movie premiere ended, Kristen and Rob headed around the corner from the theater to The Plaza Hotel for the Remember Me after party. Rob entered first, around 9:20 pm, with Kristen only a few steps behind him — again showing their solidarity as a couple.

CDAN: This A list female tweener from a cable channel recently wandered into a party drunk out of her mind. When she first arrived she ignored everyone else and just sat on the lap of the guy who brought her to the party. She then takes out an eight ball of coke and snorts line after line, not even paying attention to the rest of the people at the party. Some people leave, so there’s only about 5 or 6 people left, and she keeps saying how hot she is so she just takes off her shirt, breasts totally exposed. At this point everyone else is kind of like “what in the….”

Anyway a little later on, everyone’s still drinking, she gets up on this bunk bed that’s in the living room with the guy she came with, on the top bed.  *EDIT: removed some naughtiness*  They then had sex in front of a room of people.

After having sex, the guy she came with passed out. Our tweener got down off the bunk without even saying anything, did some more lines and left.

My guess? Disney’s Demi Lovato or Selena Gomez.  Other sites are saying Miley Cyrus – but I don’t buy it.

A source discovered one of the show’s stars had a hidden side job that a little internet research might be able to uncover. She’s been in several amateur adult films. It wouldn’t be that big of a deal, but she wants a future as an actress and is even shopping out a network show and doesn’t want the internet clips discovered. Not Snooki.

Blind Gossip: A certain famous married director has been filming more than feature films. He has used his own camera to record some of his very personal moments with his favorite actress. She hit the roof when she found out but can’t do very much about it. She knows that if she tries to take any sort of legal action, it would quickly become public knowledge, and she absolutely will not tolerate any hits to either her personal reputation or her current relationship. He has agreed to destroy the footage in exchange for her commitment to a future project of his. Frankly, we would take any promises made as a result of blackmail with a grain of salt.
