He may be shedding the pounds, but it looks like Kevin Federline is having some trouble unloading his serious emotional baggage.
On week five of Celebrity Fit Club, the dancer seemed to take the easy way out when resident life coach Rhonda Britten asked the group to discuss the deep anger and betrayal they have experienced in the past. Instead of venting about any dark issues, including his 2006 split from ex-wife Britney Spears and his subsequent self-proclaimed depression, Kevin merely mentioned bad drivers as life’s biggest nuisance.
“I was so disappointed that he chose something so shallow to be angry about. He doesn’t want to admit the truth. It was a real letdown; a cop-out. Everybody else was spilling their guts,” Rhonda tells In Touch about Kevin’s inability to delve into his demons.
It was a far cry from earlier episodes, where Kevin shared his heartache and the pain of public scrutiny he has had to endure. “He had been so forthright, and then he just stopped!” Rhonda adds. But with the season only at its midpoint, Kevin still has some time to grow. Catch Rhonda on her Fearless America tour, stopping in Houston on March 14, Austin on March 16, Dallas on March 17, and Oklahoma City on March 18.

Fans worldwide swoon over Robert Pattinson these days, but the British actor says he used to be the victim of multiple beat-downs.
“I got beaten up by a lot of people when I was younger,” Pattinson, 23, tells Parade.com.
The star — promoting the romance Remember Me, out this Friday — says the pummeling occurred when he was an unknown actor trying to get parts. “I was a bit of an idiot, but I always thought the assaults were unprovoked,” he says.
“I liked to behave like an actor, or how I thought an actor was supposed to be, and that apparently provoked a lot of people into hitting me.”
And although he’s been romantically linked to many high-profile women — from Twilight costar Kristen Stewart to Remember Me’s Emilie de Ravin — the modest Pattinson claims he’s all thumbs with the ladies.
“I don’t even remember the last time I asked someone out on a date,” he claims. “Like, just went up to them and that’s the first thing I did… I tend to hold back.”
Indeed. In a recent interview with Details magazine, Pattinson lamented that he’s “allergic to vaginas.”
“The only emotional connection of relevance is with my dog,” he continued. “My relationship with my dog, it’s ridiculous.”

When it comes to Jessica Simpson, Ken Paves is the ultimate insider: one of Simpson’s best friends, the celeb stylist was her companion (along with Cacee Cobb) as she traveled the world to film the docu-series The Price of Beauty.
So how does the 29-year-old singer deal with scrutiny on her body? “She’s the the kind of girl who barely looks in the mirror,” Paves told UsMagazine.com in Miami Beach Tuesday at the Unite Unveiled event at Skybar at Shore Club.
“She has such a huge conscience,” Paves said. “When people call her fat, she worries about the women who are her size or greater and the effect it has on them.”
He added: “I don’t want anybody saying bad things about you or about me or my friends.”
Paves claimed that he’s been pigeonholed himself because of his famous BFF. “People always relate me to Jessica,” he said. “They think she gave birth to me or something. So they think my whole identity of beauty is blonde, but my mother is Filipino-Portuguese and my father is Romanian Jewish.”
Filming Price of Beauty, he said, “was a validation that beauty is diverse and unique and individual.” As previously reported, Simpson and Cobb spent some time in a Ugandan “fattening hut.”
“I even got waxed in Brazil!” Paves boasted. “It’s embarrassing, frightening, painful, and I don’t understand, but I had to. I had to walk the walk.”
The VH1 show debuts March 15.

Shia LaBeouf was seriously concerned for Michael Douglas when they met on the set of the Wall Street sequel – describing the veteran actor as a “broken man” following revelations about his son’s legal problems.
Cameron Douglas was arrested last August following a drugs raid on his room at a New York City hotel. He pleaded guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance and one count of possession of heroin, and will remain behind bars until he is handed his sentence in April (10).
At a recent bail hearing, Cameron’s lawyers blamed his superstar father for his problems – insisting the 31 year old turned to drugs because he was “hurt” by Douglas’ celebrity status and his “difficult upbringing”.
LaBeouf recently began working with Douglas on upcoming movie, Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps and admits his 65-year-old co-star has been suffering greatly because of Cameron’s ongoing troubles.
He tells German website Gala.de, “I met a broken man, not Michael Douglas the celebrity. This man suffers; he’s going through a crisis. He fears for his son. Cameron is facing a prison sentence because of his drug dealing. When I worked with Michael, he would visit his son in prison before he arrived at the set. It was really difficult for him.”
And the Transformers star reveals director Oliver Stone tried to accommodate Douglas’ situation – but found it difficult because of the tight filming schedule.
He adds, “Oliver was really sensitive, but he had to finish his film at the same time. That’s why there wasn’t a lot of time left to comfort Michael. That was tough.”
