Say it ain’t so! American Idol’s favorite general, Larry Platt, is being sued over his big audition hit, “Pants on the Ground,” TMZ reports.

A company called American King Music is saying they gave the General money for a recording session with rapper/producer Mims in order to turn out a full-length version of the song Larry made famous on Idol.

TMZ says American King claims in the lawsuit, filed in Atlanta, that Larry and his reps, “failed to take care of Platt’s obligations.”

Now, American King is suing over the music distribution agreement and expenses related to producing, writing and recording of the single.

TMZ cites Larry’s manager, Pinky, who insists he’d never signed a contract with the music company. However, American King thinks they should get 50 percent of Larry’s profits from iTunes.

Since Lindsay Lohan filed a lawsuit against E*Trade on Monday, the “milk-a-holic” baby case has been going sour. Lindsay’s lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, believes the baby was definitely modeled after Lindsay. Stephanie explained to PopEater that critics of Lindsay’s claim need to see the “totality of the commercial, taking into account name and characterization.”

Lindsay is suing the company for $100 million and claims E*Trade should have asked for her permission to use the name under New York state law.

Instead of looking at just the E*Trade’s, or rather their ad agency Grey Group, commercial, Stephanie says you need to look at the script.

“This script is a very important piece,” she told PopEater. “Because, slowly, all of the pieces are fitting together to make one complete picture.”

Esquire magazine posted the original script this week, which shows an original name of “bimbus” was changed from Deborah to Lindsay.

“While E*TRADE doesn’t typically comment on pending litigation, we felt it appropriate given the high level of interest in the E*TRADE Baby,” the company said in an official statement. “With the E*TRADE Baby, our advertising campaign is meant to be witty and memorable, while effectively communicating the powerful investing tools and services offered by E*TRADE. We believe the claims are without merit and we intend to defend ourselves vigorously in this case.”

While the tabloids and Internet have been abuzz with rumors of a possible pregnancy for Katie Holmes – intensified by new photos of her supposedly visiting a doctor’s office – the actress is not expecting with her second child with Tom Cruise.

“Katie is not pregnant,” her rep tells People.

The rep says Holmes was actually going to E Baldi restaurant, which is on the bottom floor of a doctor’s office building, to dine with her agents.

Photos of Holmes, 31, sporting what some have described as maternity attire helped spark the speculation. Since promoting her upcoming films, The Extra Man and The Romantics, at this year’s Sundance Film Festival, the actress has been enjoying quality time with her 3-year-old daughter, Suri.

“She is magical,” Holmes, told People in January. “She’s growing up really, really fast.”

Speaking of Cattrall’s sexy alter-ego, Lewis recently traveled to Morocco with Kim and the rest of the SATC cast to shoot scenes for the upcoming sequel, opening in theaters May 28. Despite arriving early to surf, Lewis was slowed down by a case of food poisoning.

“They (the girls) were more adventurous than I was,” he says. “I wanted to get to bed and they wanted to go shopping!”

After shooting a movie with demanding action scenes, it’s tough not to bond with your costar – especially if she’s Jennifer Aniston.

“I literally became a member of her family,” Gerard Butler told People of his Bounty Hunter costar at their film’s London premiere Thursday night. Just don’t confuse that closeness for something romantic. “I went down for her birthday in Mexico,” Butler said. “Of course, everyone takes that as something else, but we are very good friends.”

And Aniston reciprocates those feelings. She called Butler, “the best!” Stepping out on the red carpet in a strapless, silver Valentino Couture minidress – despite subzero temperatures – she added, “He’s funny and handsome – [a] nice combo!”

The two, who recently posed for a rugged, sexy W magazine cover, had to endure some grueling physical challenges while shooting their action comedy, which is due in theaters March 19. Turns out, Butler isn’t quite as macho he appears onscreen. “I’m like a baby about that stuff – I’m always whining,” he said.

But that wasn’t the case with his sexy costar. Though she spends most of the action flick bound and cuffed, Aniston was anything but hapless during the film’s more high-octane scenes. “She’s dragging doors behind her, and her handcuffs are cutting away at her wrists,” Butler said. “She had to go through a lot of stuff in this movie and she never complained.”

Kendra Wilkinson would like to slim down her curvy new-mom bod – and she’s considering trimming one of her most famous asset.

Appearing on Lopez Tonight Thursday with husband Hank Basket Jr, the E! star addressed the rumor that she might get a breast reduction. “Let’s talk about the globes that have shook up the globe,” Lopez said.

“I feel like I’m a little top heavy now,” Wilkinson explained before asking the audience: “What do you guys all think?” She was met with resounding boos.

As for her husband, Basket claims he’ll be supportive of her decision. “I’m definitely going to miss ‘em,” he said. “I’m gonna put them up around my house. They’re going in my office.”

But Wilkinson, who gave birth to son Hank Baskett IV in December, would like to keep a memento of her chest. “We did a belly cast when I was pregnant,” she said. “We’ll do a boob cast.”

The couple also shared a picture of their baby and his various nicknames. “Quattro [which means four in Spanish], and I call him little man,” said Basket. “She calls him Bubba.”

Lopez also asked Kendra, a former Playboy playmate and star of The Girls Next Door, whether she had ever seen Hugh Hefner naked. “No!” she said. “That’s a whole mystery.” When she shared a photo of her baby with her former mentor, Lopez remarked: “That’s two people in diapers.”
