We already knew that the Glee kids would be tackling Lady Gaga in their back nine episodes, set to begin airing on Fox April 13. But now we actually can tell you which Gaga tunes to get the choral overhaul: “Bad Romance” and “Poker Face.” The latter of the pair will be tackled by Lea Michele’s Rachel. Says creator Ryan Murphy, “Leah does a very stripped-down version of ‘Poker Face.’” Meanwhile, “Romance” sounds like a much more elaborate number, with the glee club actually donning Gaga-esque wardrobe for the performance. “I do know that we’re all different Lady Gagas, and at one point I am the Kermit the Frog Lady Gaga,” says Michele, referring to this crazy ensemble worn by the pop star. “I saw a picture of the Kermit the Frog Lady Gaga with a Post-It on it that said ‘Leah.’ I was like, oh, great. Everyone else has incredible Lady Gaga outfits and I have that one.” And it sounds like producers are making sure the costumes are up to par with the real Gaga’s eccentric wardrobe choices. Says Chris Colfer, who plays Kurt, “The outfits are gonna be incredible. All the costumes are outrageous and legit. I actually went to the tailor this morning who makes the real Gaga outfits. They’re going all-out.”

Could the reason Elin is giving Tiger another chance be due to the fact that she’s pregnant? Could this really be true?

The former model was spotted near her Florida home wearing a maternity top, and a distinctly rounded belly. Sources claim she is around four months pregnant.

“Elin’s staying quiet about it, but she’s showing every sign of being pregnant,” a source told American tabloid the National Enquirer.

“Her tummy’s a dead giveaway and so is her behavior. Her moods are all over the place and she’s been eating constantly, which is not like Elin since she’s always so concerned about her figure.

“She’s also dropping other little hints, like rubbing her tummy constantly, and cutting back on her exercise routine.

“Her appetite changes, too. She gets nauseous a lot of the time and sometimes doesn’t eat a thing. If she’s pregnant, this could be the real reason she hasn’t sent Tiger packing for good.

But the source insists Nordegren is still keen to divorce the billionaire sports star.

“Pregnant or not, Elin isn’t ready to officially call of the divorce — especially in light of recent developments,” the insider notes.

“Tiger’s giving her an insane amount of money and saying he’s willing to do anything she asks if she gives him another shot.

“But Elin wants to see his changed man before she commits to this relationship again. That why she hasn’t been wearing her wedding ring.

“Elin’s a responsible mother and knows that however awful Tiger may have been as a husband, he’s a good dad to their kids. I think she still loves Tiger but the big question is, can she ever really forgive him, new baby or not?”

And the bad news just keeps on coming for Jesse James. Sandra Bullock’s husband has been accused of cheating on her with up to five women (as of today). And now ‘Inside Edition’ (weekdays, syndicated) has a photograph of James wearing a Nazi hat. The photograph — in which James gives a Nazi salute — was reportedly taken while he was dating Bullock in 2004. According to the show, the hat is identical to one owned by James’ first mistress, Michelle “Bombshell” McGee.

James’ friends say that he’s not actually a Neo-Nazi, and that he took the picture for “shock value.” Funny how one’s past comes back to haunt you. Dressing up as a Nazi can’t possibly be good for James … or Bullock.

A member of the medical team at a Tucson rehab facility tells TMZ Jesse James is a patient there.

The facility — Sierra Tucson — specializes in drug, alcohol and sex addiction, as well as other disorders.

Multiple law enforcement sources have told TMZ when a CHP officer stopped Jesse last Friday on the 10 Freeway near Blythe, CA. — for driving without a front license plate and driving with tinted windows — James told the officer he was going to Arizona to try to save his marriage to Sandra Bullock.

We have now learned from our law enforcement sources that James was specific — that he was going to a rehab facility in Tucson.

A TMZ producer called Sierra Tucson and spoke with a therapist, who told us Jesse was at the facility and in fact had a 6 PM treatment.

Jesse’s rep had no immediate comment.
