A judge has denied a request for a restraining order against Paris Hilton from a man who has accused the socialite of “numerous sexual assaults.”

Ramiro Benitez filed papers at Los Angeles Superior Court on January 27th asking for a temporary court order to keep the heiress away from him.

In the documents, obtained by TMZ.com, he alleges the blonde has threatened him both sexually, physically and financially, although the details of his claims were not clear.

A judge denied Benitez’s request for a temporary restraining order, pending a court hearing on February 16th.

Madonna has invested $1.5 million in a coconut water manufacturer – after falling in love with the drink during her Sticky & Sweet world tour.

The pop superstar, along with her manager Guy Oseary, has snapped up shares of New York-based company Vita Coco, which sells the latest trendy beverage across the U.S.

And the singer and Oseary are so taken with the product – made from the juice of young, green coconuts – they have rounded up stars including Matthew McConaughey, Demi Moore, and Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman Anthony Kiedis to maker smaller investments.

Madge, who is famed for her strict healthy lifestyle, reportedly made the coconut juice her favourite thirst-quencher while performing her Sticky & Sweet shows last year – and she was keen to get involved with the brand before it hit the mainstream.

Oseary says, “The fact that (the manufacturers) are saying no to everyone who wants them is pretty cool. You want to go to the party that no one else is invited to.”

Neil Patrick Harris is bringing British television to the U.S. – the actor is in talks to host and produce the American version of U.K. game show The Cube.

The show, which places contestants in a small plastic cube to induce stress while they perform physical tasks, has become a smash hit in Britain.

And the How I Met Your Mother star is traveling to London later this year to record a pilot for an adaptation for U.S. network CBS, reports TheWrap.com.

In addition to hosting, Harris will also serve as executive producer.

The Cube is the latest hosting gig for Harris, who has already served as the master of ceremonies for the Emmys, the Tony Awards and the TV Land Awards.

Russell Brand wants a “naked” wedding.

The British comic star and Katy Perry – who he got engaged to last month – are set to start planning their nuptials soon but revealed he is keen on having the unusual dress code.

He joked: “We are going to do the wedding naked! All the families will be naked!

“We’re still deciding what to do. There’s no juicy details yet.”

The 34-year-old funnyman has been dreaming of his wedding, but his nocturnal visions of his big day have been growing increasingly bizarre.

He said: “All my dream weddings don’t make sense. The vicar will start melting. The people in the front row will turn into people from my school. And then everyone will only say the word ‘potato’.”

Despite his night visions, Russell can’t wait for Katy, 25, to become his wife.

He added to People magazine: “I’m getting married to a beautiful woman. I’m enjoying my work. What could be better? Nothing!”

Jennifer Love Hewitt is adamant she hasn’t given her boyfriend Jamie Kennedy a deadline for a proposal – insisting the couple won’t “rush” into marriage any time soon.

The actress sparked rumors of an imminent wedding last year after she mentioned in an interview that she wanted to be engaged by summer 2010.

She said, “By this time next year, if we’re not planning something, then there’s a situation.”

Her former Ghost Whisperer co-star was subsequently rumored to have popped the question to Hewitt onstage during a comedy show, but the couple denied the reports.

Hewitt insists she hasn’t given her partner an ultimatum – and doesn’t expect a proposal until they are both ready to wed.

She says, “The engagement thing was blown out of all proportion. When I made that comment about there being a ‘situation’, I wasn’t really giving him a time clock. If it’s going to happen it will happen, but right now we are not rushing anything. We are both just really happy.”

Liv Tyler longs to swap her glamorous life in Los Angeles for a peaceful existence in the countryside.

The Armageddon star moved from New York to L.A. following her split from husband Royston Langdon in 2008 – but admits she would love to abandon the city and buy a farm in the country.

She tells Elle magazine, “Before I die I want to live on a farm with chickens, a vegetable garden and a John Deere tractor.”

And the 32 year old reveals her ambition was inspired by her pal, fashion designer Stella McCartney, after spending time at her house in Gloucestershire, England.

She adds, “A great night in? Stella McCartney’s house in the country. Once our kids are asleep it’s ‘grab the wine’ and take turns to talk boys and husbands.”
