Pregnant actress Amanda Peet takes her daughter to the park with some other friendly moms in Beverly Hills, CA on January 30. 2010 for some mother/daughter fun, during which little Frances Pen Benioff happily ran around barefoot and made friends with the other children. Peet, who announced she was pregnant with her second child back in December comfortably toted around a friend’s little baby.

While Sandra Bullock is making history with her acclaimed film The Blind Side, her husband Jesse James continues his custody battle with his ex-wife, porn star Janine Lindemulder.

E! News reports that Lindemulder was denied visitation rights to see Sunny, her 6-year-old daughter with James. Bullock and James have been raising Sunny for the past year while the adult film actress was imprisoned for tax evasion.

But Lindemulder – who currently lives in a halfway house due to a parole violation – did win the right to make daily phone calls to Sunny. This ruling didn’t come without resistance from James.

The Monster Garage star told the judge that his ex-wife texts “up to 20 times a day, demanding to talk to Sunny…But sometimes she’ll go a week at a time where she doesn’t make a call.” He also said that Lindemulder “has no filter” when it comes to discussing her time in prison. “There’s a lot of conversation about prison or jail and things that I don’t think a 6-year-old can comprehend or process.”
