Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore don’t “do” Valentine’s Day.
The 32-year-old actor, who plays a florist in the movie ‘Valentine’s Day’, admitted he and wife Demi would not be marking the romantic occasion as they are so busy with their charity work.
Speaking at the European premiere of the movie in London’s Leicester Square last night, Ashton told BANG Showbiz: “We don’t really do Valentine’s Day. Demi and I decided the best way we could share our love was to share it with other people. We set up a foundation called the DNA Foundation to help trafficking victims.
“There’s a group in New York that helps these girls off the streets, and get their life going again. So we’re meeting them on Valentine’s Day this year. We’re gonna do something special for them.”
Despite not celebrating the day with his 47-year-old wife, Ashton does think it is a “great opportunity” for others to show affection.
He said: “I don’t think it’s easy for anyone to show emotions. Valentine’s Day is this great opportunity because we go all year long feeling these feelings and having these thoughts in our head and sometimes we feel like we’re sharing them but we really aren’t.
“On Valentine’s Day we really get to manifest some of those unspoken things.”

Gwen Stefani was joined by her 18-month-old son in launching her latest fashion collection.
The No Doubt singer and Zuma – her youngest son with rocker husband Gavin Rossdale – donned matching leather jackets at the LAMB Autumn/Winter show in New York yesterday.
However, few people watching her show noticed she was on a stepladder at the back of the room as they were so riveted by her collection, featuring models in high heels with big hair wearing skinny leather pants, military-style belts and hardware-inspired dresses.
Explaining the range, Gwen said: “The collection is kind of based on this vintage, naughty Hollywood girl – starlet girl, and then a little bit of a modern, futuristic girl, and a little bit of a soldier girl . . . What I’ve learned is that you kind of have the inspiration, you have the picture, you have an idea, and what I love about fashion and about doing it is that it just sort of evolves into whatever it’s going to be.”
The singer admitted most of her designs are created according to her own fashion tastes, which she claims is harder than people would expect.
She told website Fabsugar.com: “I just want to make stuff that I want to wear . . . Stuff I want to wear every day that’s to the left enough that it makes you feel unique and individual, but also you can wear it. That’s my ultimate goal.
“That’s the hardest thing to do. It’s easy to make some glamorous dress and put all of your energy into that. To make that T-shirt that you just throw on that’s actually cool and funky and makes people go, “Whoa!” When they’re jealous, that’s what I want to do.”

Lady Gaga wants fans to be able to replicate her dress sense.
The ‘Poker Face’ singer – famed for her wild and eccentric clothes – believes it’s vital for her followers to have the chance to relate to her by copying her fashion choices.
She said: “It’s always important to keep a connection with fans and no matter what I’m wearing I want to replicate it.
“I don’t want to paint a picture of something they can’t touch and they can’t afford.”
The ‘Paparazzi’ hitmaker also says she uses her dress sense to inspire people to be who they want to be.
She said: “There’s no misconceptions about me – I am what you see. I just want to inspire people to feel comfortable with themselves. It’s not about money, class or prestige – it’s about identity and giving inspiration to others.”
The 23-year-old star has recently teamed up with Cyndi Lauper to launch special-edition lipsticks with cosmetic firm MAC for the MAC AIDS Fund.

Lauren Conrad is fast becoming a literary legend – her second novel has landed atop the New York Times bestseller list.
The reality TV star, who shot to fame as the MTV cameras followed her move from Laguna Beach, California to Los Angeles, released her first book, L.A. Candy, last June.
The novel surprised critics by scoring the number one spot in the Children’s Chapter Books category of the newspaper’s revered list.
Conrad’s follow-up, Sweet Little Lies – about a TV reality star in Hollywood – now looks set to match her previous success.
And Conrad is delighted: “It’s so gratifying for my second book to be so successful and it was so fun to write! The characters were already developed so I really enjoyed the process so much more this time around. All the characters have become like my friends now.”
Conrad’s literary work has been snapped up by the producers behind the hit Twilight films, who bought the screen rights to the books after she won a three-year publishing deal.

A representative for Charlie Sheen has dismissed rumors the actor signed up for rehab in the wake of his bust-up with wife Brooke Mueller.
The couple is currently attempting to repair its relationship following the Christmas Day fight that left Sheen facing criminal charges.
Mueller recently spent a week recuperating from an infection and pneumonia at a North Carolina health clinic, and her husband was reported to have signed up for outpatient rehab on Wednesday.
But a spokesperson for the Two and a Half Men star is adamant the actor is not receiving any such treatment.
The rep tells Access Hollywood, “Charlie Sheen is not headed for rehab.”
