The Hills star raised eyebrows for all the wrong reasons during Super Bowl weekend in Miami: “She was wasted the entire time,” a source says in the new issue of Us Weekly. “She was going around to everyone, asking them to score her some coke.” (Cavallari’s lawyer refutes the allegations to Us; MTV declined to comment.)
But those close to the hard-partying Cavallari, 23, say that such antics have become more and more typical. “Her issues are becoming apparent to everyone,” an insider reveals. “She’s getting scary-thin and not showering regularly…She’s clearly unhealthy.”
Her Hills friends Brody Jenner, Audrina Patridge, Lo Bosworth and Stephanie Pratt have all urged her to check into rehab, but to no avail. “She doesn’t think she has a problem,” a source says.
And Cavallari isn’t just a wild girl on her days off: the erratic, gaunt star has become chronically tardy to Hills tapings — when she shows up at all.
In a sad twist, her struggles may even become fodder on MTV’s hit show. “Her drug problem finally became an unavoidable conversation topic on film,” an insider says. “If MTV uses the footage, it will be clear to everyone.”

Maggie Grace, who played Shannon on Lost, will return to the ABC drama later this season, executive producers Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse confirmed to Entertainment Weekly’s EW.com. “We’re really excited about having her back on the show,” says Cuse, “and we have a good story for her.”
The producers would not specify how many episodes she would appear in. An original cast member, Grace exited the show in season 2 when her character — the spoiled stepsister of Boone — was killed off, though she did resurface in a season 3 episode. Harold Perrineau, Cynthia Watros, and Rebecca Mader are among the other dearly departed who will guest-star in Lost’s sixth and final season.
What do you think of Lost so far this season? First two episodes were very confusing to me…but last night’s episode was great!!

In this week’s New York magazine, contributing editor Logan Hill spoke to Martin Scorsese about working with Leonardo DiCaprio:
Shutter Island, their fourth film together, is based on Dennis Lehane’s thriller. DiCaprio plays a tormented detective investigating a case in a mental institution. “This was a trip we all took, a journey to Wonderland, like Alice,” Scorsese says. “We didn’t know where we were going to wind up, scene by scene. We had to take it much further than anticipated, but I felt totally confident going down that road with Leo.” Some scenes were so tough that, once they were done, “I remember both of us looking at each other and being so thankful [the scene] was finished and we could get some sleep. We were just glad to get them over with.”

Jessica Simpson was stunned on Feb. 10 when she awoke to a flood of texts, e-mails and Tweets asking if she had seen ex-flame John Mayer’s Playboy interview. That would be the cringingly frank spill-all in which he likened her to “sexual napalm” and “crack cocaine.”
“Jessica was shocked,” a pal of the singer tells OK!. “She was really pissed off at first when she heard about it, then she read the whole interview, and the first thing that she said was, ‘I’m annoyed John would sink so low.’ ”
Facing a barrage of criticism, John, 32, expressed regret that night at a concert in Nashville. “I quit the media game,” he told the crowd at Sommet Center, voice choked with emotion. “I’m out. I’m done. I just want to play my guitar… I completey forgot about the people that I love and that love me.”
