Charlie Sheen’s wife Brooke Mueller – who entered rehab at The Canyon in Malibu Feb. 9 for an addiction to crack – has left the facility, TMZ.com reports.

According to the site, someone from the staff had sent her admissions document to various media outlets.

The facility, which acknowledges the privacy breach, is currently conducting an internal investigation.

TMZ says that Mueller, who is now back at home in Los Angeles, is in the process of entering a new facility.

“Brooke is a serious drug addict,” an insider tells UsMagazine.com of the mother of twins, who was involved in a Dec. 25 domestic dispute in Aspen, Colo., with Sheen, 44.

Meanwhile, the LA County Department of Children and Family Services visited the family’s home Sunday to check on the couple’s twins, Max and Bob, who turn 1 March 14. “It was routine and procedural,” his rep tells Us. “It had been scheduled.”

Kourtney Kardashian has dismissed rumors she’s split from her boyfriend just months after the birth of their first child.

The 30 year old gave birth to son Mason, with partner Scott Disick, in December, but the couple was rumored to have ended its relationship earlier this month.

The pair shrugged off the rumors with a romantic trip to Las Vegas this weekend, and Kardashian is adamant the stories of a split aren’t true.

She tells People.com, “Scott is my partner and we do everything together. You can’t take (the rumours) too seriously.”

Slash will resume his search for Scott Weiland’s replacement in Velvet Revolver once he completes his solo tour.

The group, founded by the guitarist and his former Guns N’ Roses bandmate Duff MCKagan, has been auditioning singers since firing Weiland in April 2008.

Slash’s planned solo tour this summer prompted fears among the supergroup’s fans Velvet Revolver would never play again.

However, the rocker insists he’s waiting for his schedule to line up with McKagan’s – who is rumored to have stepped in to replace Jane’s Addiction bassist Eric Avery during the band’s hiatus.

Slash tells RollingStone.com, “I think Duff is doing something with Jane’s Addiction right now so we’re all sort of all over the place doing whatever until we can all regroup. We did listen to a lot of singers, but there hasn’t been anybody that’s going to be the guy so far.”

But he insists Velvet Revolver’s next vocalist will be someone who isn’t as famous as Stone Temple Pilots star Weiland.

Slash adds, “It’s really hard to do something with a voice that’s already really well known in an original band. We want someone who is really good that hasn’t been recognised by the whole country as being amazing, but somebody who is just on the precipice of just being discovered.”

Charlie Sheen received a call from social services at the weekend when they paid a visit to his Los Angeles home.

The Two and a Half Men star is currently looking after his twin sons Bob and Max, who turn one on March 14th, after his wife Brooke Mueller checked into a rehab facility in Malibu, California earlier this month.

The couple has been working on rebuilding its marriage following a Christmas Day bust-up in Aspen, Colorado which led to Sheen’s arrest.

He was subsequently charged with felony menacing, third degree assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief after allegedly threatening Mueller with a knife during the fight.

Officials with the Los Angeles County child services department have been keeping a close eye on Sheen and Mueller to ensure their boys are not at any risk and the actor met with a representative on Sunday, reports E! News.

Details about the trip have yet to emerge, but a source says, “It was a short visit. It was over something that’s been happening over the last two weeks.”

Sheen is due to appear before a judge on March 15th, when he will be arraigned for the assault charges.

Meanwhile, new reports suggest Mueller has checked out of the Malibu rehab center due to a privacy breach after a staff member leaked a detailed patient admissions document to the press.

According to TMZ.com, the facility has acknowledged the breach and is conducting an internal investigation.

Susan Boyle is desperate to find love.

The 48-year-old singer – who famously declared she had never been kissed when she auditioned for UK TV show ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ last year – has enjoyed a hugely successful year, with her album ‘I Dreamed A Dream’ being a smash on both sides of the Atlantic, but she wants someone to share her happiness with.

Her brother Gerry Boyle said: “Susan has the world at her feet in terms of fame and money but at this precise moment in time it means nothing. Absolutely nothing. The one thing she wants above all everything else is love. Who doesn’t?

“Her biggest wish is to find someone who she can share her success with and support her through the difficult times. Of course her family will always be there for her but it is not the same as having someone special in your life.”

However, Susan – whose erratic behaviour has been a cause of concern for her family, friends and management – is terrified she will never get a man because they are put off by her frumpy appearance.

Gerry added to the Mail Online website: “When she can’t sleep she rings me or plays things over and over in her head until they almost crush her. I try and lift her out of this negative mind-set but it is so hard. When she hasn’t got anyone special to lean on, things begin to go wrong for her.”

“Susan has this impression that everybody thinks she is some kind of freak because of her appearance on stage and this is what puts men off. Of course her money and fame would intimidate most men and I know the jokes about Susan being nicknamed the ‘Hairy Angel’ hurt her enormously.”

It was recently revealed the one constant companion in Susan’s life – her beloved pet cat Pebbles – had moved out of the Scottish home they shared and is now living in London with a new owner.

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz thinks children are a “beautiful gift”.

The 25-year-old singer and actress, who has 15-month-old Bronx Mowgli with husband Pete Wentz, admits more babies are on the cards for the couple.

She said: “Children are the most beautiful gifts you can have in your life, I love being a mother. Definitely, we’d love to have more kids.”

Meanwhile, Pete – whose band Fall Out Boy are rumored to have split up – who has been looking after Bronx while his wife performs in New York musical ‘Chicago’ says he is looking for work.

He told OK! magazine, “Staying home, it’s awesome. But I can’t be Mr Mom anymore. I’ll have to go out and get a job!”

Discussing their romantic nights together, Ashlee said: “Pete’s always doing something romantic. We cook for each other, chill, watch TV.”

Ashlee also admits she is enjoying watching Bronx grow up.

She said: “Bronx is getting his own personality.”
