Brooke Mueller’s mom isn’t the only family member talking about her daughter’s Christmas Day drama with Charlie Sheen.

The Two and a Half Men star’s uncle, Joe Estevez, is also adding his two cents about the couple and their future.

“It’s a sad situation on everybody’s part,” he tells E! News exclusively. “Everybody wishes it didn’t happen. Hopefully everyone can move on positively.”

As positive as Estevez may want to be, he also declared Mueller, whom he’s never met, a “drama queen.”

“There’s just as much chance of her being a drama queen as of what she’s saying being true. Maybe he was angry—maybe that’s true and maybe it was an embellishment. Let’s give the couple the benefit of the doubt. I think it’s much ado about nothing,” he says. “If they were any other couple in the world, it would be gone and forgotten. Because it was Charlie and Brooke, they’re taking it to the max.”

Still, Estevez, an actor-producer who is developing a reality show called About the Sheen, stands firmly behind his nephew.

“He’s not crying to anyone; he’s sucking it up,” says Estevez. “I understand he’s back at work today. First day back…doing his job, not complaining, not crying to the press. He’s just being a man about it.”

Even though he’s family, Estevez admits his nephew is not without his faults.

“I think we all have a temper problem if we’re pushed to the limit. Is it worse than me or his father or his brother? Certainly not, but he’s singled out. Whatever Charlie does is blown out of proportion,” insists Estevez, who’s the brother of Martin Sheen.

Estevez admits he hasn’t spoken to Charlie in two months, but when he did, he saw no obvious signs that his marriage was in any sort of trouble.

“He’s a good guy. Charlie is a good, sweet man, and I think sometimes you let energy in that you shouldn’t. Sometimes you’re a little too trusting. Charlie should be on his guard a little bit more.”

After the announcement of Johnson & Johnson heiress Casey Johnson’s sudden death this evening, many of Casey’s friends still cannot believe she’s gone.

“I am devastated to hear this news,” Paris Hilton tells Life & Style.

Casey’s parents have been friends with Paris’ parents since before both girls were born; Paris and Casey were raised together. Paris’ sister Nicky Hilton, is even godmother to Casey’s adopted daughter, Ava, 3.

“I’ve known Casey since I was a baby,” Paris continues. “She had a big heart and she was a good friend. I feel so sad, I don’t want to believe it. My condolences go out to her family and loved ones.”

Casey was found dead in her LA home this morning. She gained recent notoriety for her reported engagement to reality star Tila Tequila.

While celebrating 2010 on the island of St. Barth’s, the 23 year-old star discovered that she was ripped off by her longtime best friend and sidekick Patrick “Pootie” Aufdenkamp.

A friend close to Lohan tells UsMagazine.com, “Patrick stole Lindsay’s sketches for her new 6126 clothing line.” WWD reported Dec. 30 that Lohan’s 6126 leggings line would be expanded to become a full clothing collection for fall 2010; her role as artistic advisor for fashion house Emanuel Ungaro, despite a rocky start, is also ongoing.

Lohan tells UsMagazine.com that Aufdenkamp has been her “best friend” since she was 16. He has frequently been photographed with the actress, and was present at many meetings related to her new fashion line.

“He is now running off trying to do his own line,” a Lohan pal says incredulously, “And telling people he’s going to fashion market week in NYC on February 18 to debut his line.”

Adds the Lohan source, “It’s horrible. He was her best friend. He has always used her, and she’s been warned to never trust him. Lindsay is a good friend and likes to see the good in people. She didn’t want to believe how bad Patrick’s energy was, and how false his friendship has always been with her.”

Lohan herself spoke to UsMagazine.com exclusively about the sad incident. “I should’ve known better,” she said, noting that the friendship with “Pootie” has ended. “But new year for me and a new beginning! Health, happiness, success and love!”

A rep for Aufdenkamp could not be reached for comment to UsMagazine.com.

Vince Vaughn is officially off the market, after the ‘Wedding Crashers’ star tied the knot with his girlfriend Kyla Weber in a three-day bash over New Year’s Eve weekend party, RadarOnline is reporting. Vaughn, 39, and Weber, 29, exchanged vows at a ceremony held at a mansion near Vaughn’s Chicago home January 2 in front of 65 guests. In the run-up to the nuptials, Vaughn hosted a New Year’s Eve party in his apartment.

Vaughn’s spokesman, Alan Nierob, confirmed the news Monday night. He said the nuptials were attended by family and close friends.

According to Radar, guests were bussed from the Knickerbocker Hotel to the Armour House, where the wedding was held. There’s no reporting as to exactly which of Vince’s famous pals were in attendance, but one thing is for sure: His ex-girlfriend Jennifer Aniston was not there.

It is the first marriage for both Weber and the ‘Swingers’ leading man.

The LAPD have released a statement to OK! confirming the death of Johnson & Johnson heiress Casey Johnson. Officer Sara Faden tells OK! the details so far.

“Earlier today at about 11:51 this morning, our Wilshire area patrol officers responded to an ambulance death investigation in the 900 block of North Orlando Avenue. The L.A fire department also responded and pronounced Miss Casey Johnson dead at the scene. Through a preliminary death investigation it does appear it was a natural death as there was no foul play. And of course the Los Angeles coroners office will conduct their own investigation, which includes a toxicology screening. There is no evidence at this time that there was any foul play.”

According to earlier reports, Casey was found dead in Los Angeles on Monday morning, though no cause of death was given.

After the news broke online, Tila Tweeted:
“Everyone please pray 4 my Wifey Casey Johnson. She has passed away. Thank u for all ur love and support but I will be offline to be w family”

And then:
“This is a very heartbreaking time for me. I just want some pricacy as I deal with the loss of my Fiance Casey Johnson. I’m heart is shredded”

Minutes later, the reality star muddied the waters with these Tweets:
“I just got news that my fiance is not dead but currently in a coma!!! Omg please pray that she will make it! Hang in there my love please!!!”
Followed seconds later by:
“I know u can feel me Casey! Dot let go! I’m almost home baby please hang on! We have a beautiful life planned out for us! I LOVE u! Hang on!”

A short time after news of the confirmation was posted online, Tila Tweeted the following, which seems to imply that she is no longer holding out hope that Casey is still in a coma:
“I’m still in shock! Once again thank U for the outpour of love and support. I just wish to have some privacy at this heartbreaking time.”

Hopefully, the police statement will put the end to speculation and Casey’s loved ones can begin to grieve for their loss.
