According to TMZ:

Adrian Pasdar — the guy who plays the flying Senator Nathan Petrelli on “Heroes” — was busted for DUI early this morning after cops say he was burning rubber and swerving all over a Los Angeles freeway.

TMZ has learned 44-year-old Pasdar was arrested at 2:59 AM after cops clocked him going more than 90 mph on the 405 Freeway in L.A. We’re told cops also noticed Pasdar was “failing to maintain his lane.”

Law enforcement sources tell us when cops approached Pasdar’s ride, they detected the odor of alcohol — and decided to give him a field sobriety test. Pasdar was eventually placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI.

Pasdar — who is married to Dixie Chicks singer Natalie Maines — was taken to a nearby jail, where he was booked and placed behind bars. He’s listed at 5’10″ and 175 lbs.

His bail was set at $15,000 — we’re told the bail amount was so high because the actor refused to take a breathalyzer.

While Denise Richards feels “sad” for Charlie Sheen’s current personal plight, at least there is some solace that their former battle has reached a place a peace.

“Charlie and I are in a great place right now,” Richards told Oprah Winfrey in a wide-ranging interview on Tuesday. The actress later went into detail about the process the couple went through to move away from being exes battling it out in the tabloids to being able to spend a New Year’s Eve dinner together as a family.

“All of this has been a work in progress,” Richards said, pointing out that the two also worked with a mediator.

The gift that keeps on giving?

Heidi Montag – who came under fire for undergoing 10 plastic surgery operations in one day – says not only was her mother supportive of her drastic operation, but she plans on giving her a “mommy makeover” for Mother’s Day.

Reports surfaced that Montag’s mother, Darlene Egelhoff, was furious at her daughter for secretly going under the knife. (Montag, 23, had breast implants, a brow lift, botox in her forehead, a nose job revision, fat injections in her cheeks, a chin reduction, neck liposuction and had her ears pinned back.)

But The Hills star tells Nightline that her mother was aware of her plan.

“I’ve had this conversation with her several times. So I think she knew,” she says. “I already heard what she had to say.”

Montag says the only thing she didn’t tell her mother was the date of her surgery because “I didn’t want it to be a circus. And I didn’t want it to be crazy media outside my house.”

Montag says her mother wants surgery next.

“Actually, she was excited for me and she’s asking me … for her surgery next,” says Montag. “So for Mother’s Day, I have to ask [surgeon] Dr. Frank Ryan if he’ll do the mommy makeover.”

Bertrand, who had Jolie with actor Jon Voight, passed away from ovarian cancer on January 27, 2007. Today marks the three year anniversary of her passing.
