All is not well for newly-engaged Johnson & Johnson heiress Casey Johnson — she’s been charged with two felonies for allegedly stealing items from a former girlfriend, TMZ reports. Casey and Tila Tequila recently announced their engagement in a video on UStream.

Casey has been charged with first degree residential burglary and receiving stolen property. Jasmine Leonard claims that the heiress stole the items between Oct. 15 and Nov. 17 this year, and that she allegedly received stolen goods “on or about Nov. 30. The disputed items include lingerie, personal mail, clothing, jewelry, a camera and handbags. Overall, TMZ says the loot has a value of around $22,000.

Casey isn’t the only one in legal trouble — Tila is being sued by her ex Shawne Merriman, who says she lied about him beating her up.

Forget about being “Tardy for the Party”! It seems Kim Zolciak and NeNe Leakes may not even be invited to the party! A report claims Bravo producers are looking to replace the feuding stars in the third season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

“Things with NeNe and Kim have been intense,” a source told the The New York Daily News, “but Bravo feels the show is about the franchise as a whole and won’t let one person stop it.”

The two frenemies are reportedly demanding bigger paychecks from Bravo for the upcoming season and the show’s producers are “so fed up with their diva-esque requests” that they’re “taking meetings with some notable and wealthy Atlanta women” about joining the show in Kim and NeNe’s place.

While Bravo had no comment on the reported casting shakeup, a source tells People that “no decisions on a season 3 have been made yet.”

Las Vegas cocktail waitress and lingerie model Jamie Jungers – among the women who allegedly had a fling with Tiger Woods – doesn’t feel like she owes an apology to the golfer’s wife, Elin.

“No, I don’t,” Jungers, 26, says on “The Secret Life of Tiger Woods,” a Dateline NBC special airing Friday. “I feel like that’s his– that’s his business. Everybody makes mistakes. This wasn’t something that I did yesterday or a month ago or a year ago. This was years ago. I was younger. And I’m not saying that what I did then was right. But– I’m certainly not gonna say that it was wrong. I believe everything happens for a reason. And– no, I– I don’t– I don’t believe that I owe her apology– an apology. I mean, I– I’m sorry for everything that’s going down. And what may happen to … their kids’ future, you know? But no, I don’t– I don’t believe I owe her an apology. No.”

Jungers describes her relationship with Woods, 33, as more than just a romp.

“It wasn’t just, like, regular sex,” she says. “It was great. I mean, yeah, he– he was pretty wild…Like, it wasn’t just, like, regular sex. It wasn’t like, boring, married couple sex. Like, it was fun and exciting. It was way more than sex.”

She says their relationship was “very emotional. I mean, we had– I felt like we had a lot– or I had a lot of feelings towards him. And he showed me that he had a lot of feelings towards me. It wasn’t just a sexual situation, it was– I believe, it– it was love. I loved him. I still love him.”

She says she will always have a place in her heart for Woods, who has been linked to at least 13 women.

But she says, “I definitely look at him a lot differently after hearing about all the other girls. And I really don’t know what to think about Tiger. I really don’t. I mean, I– I hope for his sake. And for his family’s sake that things work out for him.”

Jungers also denies rumors that she was prostitute.

“I’m obviously gonna bring my lawyer into this and make sure that whoever is making these accusations will pay for it,” she says. “That’s — 100 percent false. I have nothing to do with prostitution and never have, never will.”

One of the men savagely beaten outside of Jay-Z’s Atlantic City nightclub last month is finally fighting back — dropping a serious lawsuit on the club and the bouncers who were caught beating him on tape.

Bryant Norwood — the first man attacked in the video — is demanding a “substantial amount of money” from the 40/40 Club and the bouncers, claiming the “bullies” attacked him for “no reason” as he left the establishment back in November.

TMZ spoke to Norwood’s attorney, who told us, “These so-called security personnel are going to have to answer why Mr. Norwood was lying on the ground being kicked and why he was punched in the head as he tried to escape from them.”

The attorney added, “The 40/40 Club is going to have to answer why they hired people like this to supposedly protect their patrons and maintain order in their establishment.”

According to the lawsuit, filed in state court in New Jersey, Norwood sustained “diverse personal injuries” and “permanent injuries.”

We’re told the other two men attacked in the brawl are also planning on filing lawsuits in the near future.

Calls to the 40/40 Club have not been returned.

Wonder how Kim Kardashian gets her dazzling, camera-ready smile? Like everyone else: with regular visits to the dentist!

The reality star, 29, shared an, er, intimate Twitpic of herself Friday — her mouth held open with a dental clamp, her pearly whites chomping down on a blue plastic “bit.” (Despite the unglamorous shot, Kardashian does appear to be in full makeup.)

“At the dentist for a good teeth cleaning!” reads the caption. “This is serious!”

Commenters on the TwitPic page wonder if Kardashian isn’t actually getting a whitening procedure versus a standard cleaning. “This is zoom whitening,” insists one commenter. “I know cause I work at a dentist and this is how we do it!”

The Girls Next Door are welcoming Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett’s newborn son with Tweets of joy.

“Little Hank is here,” Bridget Marquardt posted on Twitter after the birth of Hank Randall Baskett IV on Friday. “WOW! Congrats to Kendra and Hank.”

Holly Madison also congratulated her former costar, seemingly impressed with the baby’s weight. “A 9 pounder!,” she Tweeted. (Actually, Hank Jr. weighed in 9 lbs., 5 oz., and measured 22 inches.)

Marquardt was one of the first to break the news via Twitter and gave updates about Wilkinson’s condition. “They (sic) baby is not here yet but they are anxiously awaiting,” she wrote while former costar Kendra was in labor.

Even Wilkinson’s ex-boyfriend Hugh Hefner couldn’t help from feeling giddy over the news. “What a wonderful Christmas present,” he Tweeted.

St. Louis County police are on the scene at St. Louis rapper Nelly’s home in Wildwood, Missouri. Police say they are searching for an intruder who got into the rapper’s home and fled with a duffel bag of goods. County police spokesperson, Officer Rick Eckhard said that it’s believed the suspect entered and left through a window in the home. Eckhard also said people inside the residence called police during the break-in.

Police describe the suspect is described as a black male in his 20s or 30 with a mustache and glasses. He was wearing a black coat. Police searched a nearby wooded area for any clues or suspects. A search dog and the St. Louis County helicopter was also used.

The bag was full of electronic and game items, and fled the scene possibly in a black GMC Envoy. A vehicle matching that description was seen in the area a short time later.

No one was injured.
