Fox411.com has learned exclusively that the “New Moon” hunk has been signed to a modeling contract with the fashion giant, and will be featured in a very familiar ad campaign.

“He’s going to be their new Mark Wahlberg,” the insider told Fox411.com. “Kellan has been signed to Calvin Klein for a huge campaign that will feature him in his skivvies all over billboards and in magazines.”

That’s right, 17 years later after his ripped abs ad campaign, Marky Mark finally has a worthy stomach-muscled successor.

“The executives have a plan to model the ads very similarly after the famous Mark Wahlberg campaign in the 90’s,” the source said. “They want to recreate the look of the hugely successful ads, and who is better than Kellan Lutz to fill out those little underwear?”

The 1992 campaign was shot by the late legendary photographer Herb Ritts. No word yet on which lucky snapper will get close to Lutz’s vampire abs of steel.

Reps at Calvin Klein were not immediately available for comment.

Being four months pregnant hasn’t slowed down Bethenny Frankel one bit. She’s shooting The Real Housewives of New York City, will set out on tour to promote her new book, The Skinnygirl Dish, and just finished filming her first exercise DVD. But on Dec. 12, Bethenny took time out on the NYC set of her Skinnygirl workout video to exclusively show off her baby bump to Life & Style and chat about the pregnancy!

L&S: Congratulations! Are you super excited?

Bethenny: I’m really excited. I’m starting to show a little bit. I don’t fit in my pants — it’s very liberating. Now I believe that I’m pregnant.

L&S: Have you gained a lot of weight?

Bethenny: Five or 6 pounds, but they’re right in my stomach. A lot of people think being pregnant is one giant binge, but you should check yourself before you wreck yourself. I’m not changing the way I eat. If I eat chocolate cake at lunch, I try not to have it after dinner. By no means is it dieting, but I’m trying to maintain some sort of balance because I’ll have to deal with it later. I’m actually thinking of writing a pregnancy book. There’s no reason to gain 75 pounds.

L&S: Have there been any complications because of your age?

Bethenny: I had a scare. I had a big blood clot before three months. It was very scary. I was on bed rest.

L&S: Do you feel like this is a miracle baby?

Bethenny: Absolutely a miracle. I’m not young, and I run around like a maniac. I always wanted to have kids, but I thought I’d wind up adopting or freezing my eggs. I didn’t think it would just happen at my age. Did I plan the pregnancy? No. Did I want it? Yes. I felt like there was something huge missing in my life that I hadn’t experienced yet.

The vibrant and provocative musical production NINE, premiered on Broadway in 1982 to critical acclaim (winning five Tony Awards, including Best Musical), and successfully revived in 2003 (winning another two Tonys, including Best Revival), is the most hotly anticipated movie of the holiday season, directed by Rob Marshall, and starring Daniel Day-Lewis, Penélope Cruz, Marion Cotillard, Nicole Kidman, Judi Dench, Kate Hudson, Fergie (Stacy Ferguson), and Sophia Loren. The Weinstein Company film – which will include new songs by original composer-lyricist Maury Yeston that were not in previous stage versions – will open in New York and Los Angeles on December 18th, and nationwide on Christmas Day.

Geffen Records will release the all-star original motion picture soundtrack cast album for NINE on December 15th digitally, and physically December 21st. The Ron Fair Remix of “Cinema Italiano” sung by the Oscar-nominated Kate Hudson marks the actresses’ premiere as a recording artist. The song is one of Yeston’s exclusive new compositions for the film. In support of the album, “Cinema Italiano” (The Ron Fair Remix) will be released as a digital single on December 8th and has been serviced to clubs, online and retail. The track, “Unusual Way,” introducing new Geffen Records artist Griffith Frank, will be serviced as a focus track for various promotional tie-ins.

NINE follows the life of world famous film director Guido Contini (Day-Lewis) as he reaches a creative and personal crisis of epic proportion, while balancing the numerous women in his life including his wife Luisa (Marion Cotillard), his mistress Carla (Penelope Cruz), his film star muse Claudia (Nicole Kidman), his confidante and costume designer Lillie (Judi Dench), young American fashion journalist Stephanie (Kate Hudson), the prostitute Saraghina from his youth (Fergie), and his Mamma (Sophia Loren).

A man was arrested Monday for both violating a court order and stalking while violating a court order after he was found to be near Jennifer Garner’s daughter Violet Affleck’s school.

Steven Burky was arrested after he was found to be near the school, but not on the actual campus. Garner obtained the restraining order against Burky in November of 2008 after she said that he’d been stalking her since 2002. She said in court papers back in 2008 that Burky had followed her around the country and sent her packages and letters. “This past year, Mr. Burky has resurfaced and his obsessive and harassing behavior has escalated to the point of becoming dangerous and threatening,” she reported.

“He has now shown up at my private residence and has repeatedly expressed his belief that God has sent him a vision of me being persecuted in some manner that might result in my death,” Garner also wrote in the court papers.

The order, granted by a Los Angeles court, prevents Burky from coming within 100 yards of the actress and her husband Ben Affleck, as well as the couple’s daughter Violet and several household workers. It also prohibits Burky from contacting Garner in any way, including via telephone, regular mail or e-mail. Since the order was obtained, Garner gave birth to the couple’s second daughter, Seraphina.
