Jon Gosselin is in yet another he-said-she-said situation – only this time, it’s not with ex-wife Kate Gosselin but with ex-girlfriend Hailey Glassman.

Jon Gosselin, 32, says that his apartment was ransacked and his belongings vandalized over Christmas – and hints that all signs point to Glassman, 22, as the perpetrator. When he returned to his New York City pad on Dec. 26 after spending the holiday with his kids, he was “horrified … to observe his furniture, clothing and personal belongings slashed by a very troubled and sick perpetrator,” Gosselin’s attorney Mark Jay Heller says.

What reportedly clued Gosselin into a possible link with Glassman, who split with the reality-show dad in recent weeks? A note that she’d allegedly written, pinned to his dresser with a butcher knife.

But, says Glassman’s attorney, Anand Ahuja: “Somebody is trying to frame my client.”

And who’s an obvious suspect for that kind of crime? How about an attention-starved Gosselin? “I don’t know anything about any note and I can’t confirm it at this time,” Glassman’s other attorney, Stephanie Ovadia tells People. “This appears to be a publicity stunt.”

Glassman did take items from the apartment, on which she split the rent with Gosselin – but everything she took belonged to her, according to her lawyers.

Gosselin “told her the apartment would be padlocked because he had not been paying rent, and she should go there and take whatever she wanted,” Ovadia says.

But Gosselin’s camp is hellbent on justice. His lawyer, Heller, vows to “vigorously” pursue “felony charges.”

Even so, Glassman’s reps aren’t rattled.

“My client had nothing to do with this,” Ahuja says. “As far as she is concerned, it’s a hoax.”

Kim Kardashian found herself in hot water after her “white lies” started taking a toll on her family members. Joining Kourtney and Kris for lunch, Kim kept the pair waiting for over 30 minutes. When she finally arrived, Kris realized Kim’s nails were wet, and said, “You made us sit here waiting for you while you got a manicure.” But Kim refused to accept her lying was a problem, saying that if she could keep from hurting someone’s feelings, then “it’s easier just to not really all the way tell the truth.”

Her lying came to a head when she forgot to take Kylie and Kendall to the beach, and instead of telling the truth, called to say she sprained her ankle while running. The girls and Bruce later drove out to Kim’s condo to see how she’s doing, even bringing her flowers, but caught her unloading shopping bags from her car.

Having had enough of the lies, Kendall smashed the flowers on the ground and headed back to the car with Kylie. “They came all the way down here because they want to … do something nice, and they find out what? That you’re lying about this stuff,” Bruce told her. “It’s just ridiculous.”

Kim later visited the house to apologize to her sisters, but after she promised to never tell a lie again, Kylie asked, “Are you being serious or are you lying — again?”

Kylie and Kendall weren’t the only sisters mad at Kim and her mouth. Following bouts of morning sickness, Khloe confided in Kim that she took a pregnancy test and the results came back positive. But after being sworn to secrecy, Kim immediately spilled the news to Kris.

Having not even told her husband Lamar yet, Khloe got a phone call from Kylie saying their mom has been dishing about the pregnancy. “We need to sew your mouth shut, for multiple reasons,” Khloe later told Kim. But as she prepared to become a mom, Khloe was dealt a hard blow when she realized during dinner with Kourtney and Kris that she was not pregnant. “I know everything happens for a reason and God has a plan for everyone, and when the time is right, Lamar and I will have a beautiful baby together,” she said.

Factory Girl director George Hickenlooper and friend of Brittany Murphy said he warned the actress about her husband Simon Monjack and his alleged fraudulent behavior, the NY Daily News reports. George wrote in a Hollywood Elsewhere post, “The last thing I told Brittany is: ‘Do you know this guy? I mean do you really know him? Do you know what you are doing by marrying him?’”

“At this point, Brittany became angry and told me she knew Monjack better than anyone and then hung up on me,” he said in the post. “A few months later I tried to phone her to see if she was alright and Monjack would not let me speak to her.”

George went on to say that the British screenwriter’s IMBD credit for Factory Girl, a film George had considered Brittany for instead of Seinna Miller, is a complete lie.

“Simon Monjack had nothing to do with Factory Girl,” he wrote after Brittany’s death. “He filed a frivolous lawsuit against us. . . making bogus claims that we had stolen his script. He held us literally to hostage and we were forced to settle with him as he held our production over a barrel.”

He also said he had posted those allegations two years ago, but took them down from IMDB after Brittany begged him to.

Simon said he’s never even met George and refuted his claims.

“I wanted to make Factory Girl many years ago,” Simon told a British tabloid. “What is being said is not true. I guess everyone deals with their grief in a different way — his is expressing his anger.”

New mom Kendra Wilkinson didn’t get much sleep this Christmas.

Her son Henry Randall Baskett IV — who was born Dec. 11 — is “almost 10 lbs” and is “not sleepin thru night all [the] way yet,” she Twittered over the weekend before posting a new photo of her son.

Luckily, she said he “sleeps thru [the] day good.”

Despite the lack of sleep, Wilkinson, 24, said the holidays were still extra special this year for her and her husband, NFL player Hank Baskett.

“The best gift i got is in my arms now,” she Twittered Saturday, adding that she and her son spent the day after Christmas “jammin to some Stevie Wonder.”
