OK! has learned that the police in Aspen, Colorado, have decided to release the 911 that landed Charlie Sheen behind bars on Christmas day, facing allegations of second degree assault, menacing and criminal mischief.

Police were called to Charlie’s Aspen home early on Christmas morning after receiving a 911 call involving a purported domestic violence incident. After arriving at the home and investigating, officers placed the actor under arrest while an ambulance tended to his wife Brooke Mueller, who did not require hospitalization. Charlie was released on $8,500 bond later that evening.

Sheen, who is under a restraining order that prohibits him from being near Brooke, is not expected to be officially charged until his Feb. 8 court date.

“First and foremost, we can’t run around saying that [Charlie] is guilty,” Pitkin County Chief Deputy D.A. Arnold Mordkin told OK! following the incident. “He’s innocent until proven guilty and we all have to remember that… It is not automatic that I will file charges against Mr. Esteves on Feb. 8″

If the actor, who alleged to have brandished a knife of some sort during the incident, is found guilty of second-degree assault, he can face up to eight years behind bars, at least four years of which he would be required to serve before being paroled.

Michael Lohan is seeking to press charges against his ex-fiancee after she allegedly threatened him with a knife during a heated bust-up earlier this year.

Lindsay Lohan’s estranged father alleges Erin Muller attacked him in an incident outside his mother’s New York home on November 14th, reportedly kicking him in the head.

Now the born-again Christian has accused Muller of pulling a knife on him during an earlier fight in September – and he wants her to be punished for the dangerous stunt.

In a police report filed on December 21st and obtained by TMZ.com, Lohan claims, “My ex-fiance (sic), Erin Muller, threatened me with a knife during an argument several months ago and I wish to pursue charges.

“I did not report this at the time because I wanted her to get help for her addictions.”

The former couple hit the headlines last month when Muller accused Lohan of violating a restraining order against him by contacting her.

He was arrested and released, before having Muller taken into custody days later on a charge of harassment in the second degree, when he attempted to stop her from driving, claiming she was too “drunk and high” to get in the driver’s seat.

As the investigation continues into the robbery of Jon Gosselin’s NYC apartment, the reality star’s lawyer is speaking out. “Hailey Glassman is going to jail. It’s as simple as that,” Jon’s attorney Mark Heller told RadarOnline.com.

New York Police obtained a security tape from the building, and the only person who has a key to the father of eight’s apartment is Hailey, Heller told RadarOnline.

“The building security tape will not lie and the evidence will speak for itself,” Heller told RadarOnline.com.

Heller felt compelled to speak out after Hailey’s lawyer told RadarOnline that the situation seemed like a “publicity stunt.”

He believes the security video holds the proof revealing Jon’s former girlfriend trashed his apartment Saturday taking his Plasma TV along with her.

Heller also told RadarOnline that former Jon’s favorite Louis Vuitton shoes were shredded with a knife and a Ming vase that was in Jon’s family for 100 years was shattered.

Police have gathered fingerprint evidence from the knife and the handwritten note, Heller told RadarOnline.

According to one source, Hailey has admitted to writing the note which labeled Jon as a “cheater,” and had a knife jammed through it. Hailey moved out of her ex-boyfriend’s Upper West Side apartment last week, right before the mysterious burglary took place on Saturday morning.

The former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star found his apartment in shambles by the intruder.

The apartment was under both Jon and Hailey’s names.

Lindsay Lohan’s father has given her new boyfriend the thumbs up.

Actress Lindsay’s father, Michael Lohan, approves of new boyfriend Adam Senn following her split from Samantha Ronson.

Lindsay is thought to be dating Adam, who stars in The City, after being spotted getting cosy with him at her sister’s New York birthday party.

And it looks like the actresses father has given Adam the thumbs up, saying: “If he’s a good guy and he has no addictions, and he’s a good influence on her, then God bless him. It’s a good thing.”

Lindsay and her father have not spoken following a series of public rows during her relationship with Samantha.

Gene Simmons might be shopping online next year during the busy holiday rush. A couple claim the rocker assaulted them after they tried to videotape him at an L.A. mall, the Associated Press reports, and now they’ve filed a civil suit against the legendary KISS rocker.

The couple said the KISS bassist attacked them, threatened them and took their video camera after they starting filming him at The Grove mall on Saturday.

A police report was filed as well as a restraining order against Gene on Wednesday, but that was denied.

According to the application for the restraining order, Matthew Nezhad asked Gene what his views on monogamy were and Gene responded by telling him to get his shot and leave. The report then said that Gene attacked Matthew, took his camera and turned on his wife Cynthia Manzo when she tried to take it back.

Matthew and Cynthia are seeking damages of more than $25,000 for claims of assault, battery and infliction of emotional distress.

No charges have been filed and Gene has not been arrested.
