Rihanna is scrambling to find a modest stage costume after she was asked to tone down her raunchy live act for an upcoming performance in the United Arab Emirates on New Year’s Eve.

The Umbrella singer, who is known for her daring and revealing outfits, will have to cover up when she takes the stage to ring in the New Year at the Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi – so as not to offend any conservative fans.

And she’s struggling to find something suitable – because her wardrobe is overflowing with eye-popping numbers.

A source tells the Daily Mirror, “Rihanna is tearing her hair out over what to do – she wanted to put on her most eccentric and provocative show yet. She knows that she’ll have to compromise her style to fit in with local traditions – but a huge part of her show is her sexy stage gear. The dress code in Abu Dhabi does not encourage excessively revealing outfits.”

The 21 year old, who is reportedly receiving $500,000 for the gig, faced protests in Malaysia earlier this year over a scheduled concert until she vowed to tone down her risque show and conform to strict dress and dance rules.

I think she should wear the outfit in the photo above, seems fitting enough not to offend anyone.

Kanye West showed off his charitable side by taking time out to serve a holiday lunch for homeless people on Saturday.

The Stronger rapper and his model girlfriend Amber Rose turned up at The Los Angeles Mission, where they volunteered in the kitchen and donned aprons to dish out hot meals to those in need.

He says, “It’s just important (to give back) when you’re very blessed. (It’s nice) to spread your blessings and take time out, especially during the holidays to appreciate people who never get that appreciation. It makes me feel really good to come out here and I just thank y’all for allowing us to be apart of this.”

The Los Angeles Mission is located in the downtown Skid Row district, which contains one of the largest populations of homeless people in the U.S.

David Beckham’s collection of pets is growing larger – his wife Victoria presented him with a bulldog for Christmas.

The pop star-turned-fashion designer splashed out $3,200 for the pedigree pooch, as it reminded her of her soccer star husband’s tenacity on the field.

A source tells The Sun, “David absolutely loves the bulldog. (Victoria) said she chose the breed because it is a symbol of Becks’ spirit on the football field. He (the dog) will be flown out to L.A. so the boys have something to look after while he’s away.”

Former Spice Girl Victoria handed David the hound as they celebrated Christmas with their sons at their home in Hertfordshire, England – but the pup will live with the Beckhams in Los Angeles, where the sports ace already has two Rottweilers called Snoopy and Puff.

Beckham also recently revealed the family’s ever-growing menagerie includes a bearded dragon lizard, which he bought for eldest son Brooklyn.

The socialite spent the festive season surrounded by family and friends in Los Angeles after ditching her traditional plans for a Christmas vacation.

And she was stunned when Reinhardt joined her at home with a horde of lavish gifts – including sparkling gems from exclusive boutique The 14 Karats in Berkeley, California.

Writing on her personal Twitter.com page, excited Hilton tells fans: “At home opening Christmas presents from my man. SO happy! He really spoiled me this year and gave me so many incredible presents! All the jewelry he bought me from 14 Karats Jewelry Store is so stunning! It’s true diamonds are a girl’s best friend. I am speechless.”

Nelly is determined to catch the man who broke into his suburban St. Louis home Dec. 11. CrimeStoppers announced Monday that the rapper is offering a $10,000 for information that will lead to an arrest.

According to the Associated Press, a man broke a locked window to get in and out of Nelly’s home while three people were home and one confronted the man.

Police said the 20- to 30-year-old man still managed to get away with a duffel bag full of electronics including a video game system.

Nelly was not one of the occupants home at the time and no one was injured, but Nelly wants justice!

Carrie Underwood says she got some great presents this year — among them, “a pair of pink warm fuzzy socks to keep my tootsies nice and toasty,” she writes on her fan club site.

Her best gift?

“I think you all know what Santa left under the tree for me this year…a fiance! Woo hoo!” writes the singer, 26, who announced last week that she and hockey player Mike Fisher are engaged.

She adds that her rat terrier, Little Ace, “is finally going to have a dad! We all couldn’t be happier!!!”

She says that the “mess of snow and ice” cut their holidays travel plans short, but they still “got to spend a little time in good ole’ Checotah,” she writes, referring to her Oklahoma hometown. “Not that I needed another day of all that food! I ate so much on Christmas Eve that I thought I might actually get sick! But it was sooooo goooood! Ace got lots of good stuff, too, from his poppy. Now I have to retrain him not to beg at the dinner table.”

Underwood and Fisher, 29, have yet to set a date, but he said they’re aiming to wed next summer.

Beware of Ashton Kutcher’s offices! Kim Kardashian recently visited Katalyst and ended up getting a bit of a shower, thanks to a monkey with a loose bladder. While she blogs that she was at first enamored with the little primate, his bathroom etiquette soon had her changing her mind.

She writes of her visit with Ashton:

“I stopped by Katalyst while Ashton Kutcher was filming! They had this little monkey that the magician, Dynamo, made appear! I thought he was really cute at first, but then he peed on me!! Ashton said the monkey had pooped on him, so I didn’t feel too bad, haha. Gross little monkey! This magician was amazing, though. He did the craziest card tricks!”
