Heidi Klum takes to the ice!

The supermodel, 36, and hubby Seal, 46, took their kids ice skating while on vacation in Aspen, Colorado, on Monday.

Decked out in winter gear, Seal snapped photos from the sidelines while Klum helped daughter Leni, 5, and sons Henry, 4, and Johan, 2, learn to skate.

The couple — who welcomed their fourth child, daughter Lou, in October — have made a habit of making sure their family always sees snow during the holidays.

“We always try to have a white Christmas each year, so we’re going to go to the snow,” Seal told Britain’s Closer magazine earlier this month. “We’ll rent a house in whatever resort we go to, and it’s guaranteed to be very noisy. Heidi dresses everyone up on Christmas Eve and they open their presents. It’s great fun.”

He also said that they both made sure they were focused on family.

“Heidi’s done a couple of things since Lou was born, but she’s not working until January,” he said. “You have to put your foot down come Christmas time — there are so many jobs that both of us have turned down.”

Is Charlie Sheen on his way to a third divorce? According to Radar Online, Brooke Mueller met with a divorce attorney before the Christmas domestic incident that landed Sheen in jail on two felonies and a misdemeanor. “She’s miserable in the marriage and so is he,” a source tells Radar Online.

Charlie reportedly attacked Brooke after she told him she was going to file for divorce, a report which was confirmed by the statement of police officer who responded to Brooke’s 911 call.

“They have a prenuptial agreement,” the source said. “She already decided to divorce him. Now he desperately needs her not to drive the stake through his heart and a lot of money is at stake.

The Two and a Half Men star does not want to endure a third divorce.

Charlie’s manager, Mark Burg, tells Radar Online that divorce isn’t in the future.

“I have spoken to all parties concerned. There are no plans for divorce. They are both deeply upset about what happened and are trying to work things out amicably,” Burg revealed to Radar Online, despite Brooke’s pending divorce plans.

You might as well mothball those “Tay-Tay” and “Team Swifter” T-shirts you were printing out for the new year – Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner have split, and were never all that serious in the first place, sources tell People.

“It was never a big deal to begin with. The media made way more out of it than it is,” a source close to Swift says. “They went out on a few dates and realized this was just not going anywhere.”

A Lautner source corroborated that perspective, adding that the fact the two rising stars lived nearly a continent apart was a big factor in the low-key break-up.

“They became good friends and then went out a few times, but he lives in L.A. and she lives in Nashville and their busy schedules kept it from becoming more than it was,” the source tells People.

Representatives for Lautner and Swift had no comment.

The day after Lautner, 17, made a Dec. 12 Saturday Night Live appearance in which he “defended” Swift’s honor, he flew down to Nashville to surprise Swift for her 20th birthday party. Sometime after the party, the pair decided that it made more sense just to remain friends.

The couple, who met while filming the upcoming Valentine’s Day, had been spending time together since October. Photographers first got hip to the relationship when Lautner was spotted attending two of Swift’s concerts in Chicago, and the teen stars reunited three weeks later at an L.A. Kings hockey game.

The down-to-earth pair were photographed earlier this month getting cozy over frozen yogurt after dinner at an L.A. Benihaha, and Lautner even met the ‘rents: Swift’s mother Andrea joined the two for a relaxed dinner at Bistro Garden in Studio City in October.

X17 reports that Tiger Woods is attending rehab in Arizona. A source tells the web site that Woods’ “handlers” compelled him to enter rehab because “they feel that if he blames his cheating on addiction, the public will forgive him.” While the source does not specify what addiction Woods would be seeking treatment for, X17 finds it “obvious” that sex addiction would be at the top of the list.

This is not the first article to allege that the embattled golfer is seeking professional help. Earlier in December a report was published claiming that Woods was in an Arizona rehab clinic for “sexual compulsion” and Vicodin and Ambien use. The officer responsible for investigating Woods’ car accident reportedly requested a subpoena because he believed Ambien and Vicodin may have been a factor in the crash. Another report claimed that Woods was classified as an overdose patient when he was admitted to the hospital after his car accident.

Scarlett Johansson is hoping to ring in 2010 on the couch at home – because she’s “so over” partying on New Year’s Eve.

The Lost in Translation actress refuses to spend the last night of the year at a loud party, and plans to celebrate by sharing a pizza and a kiss at midnight with her actor husband Ryan Reynolds.

She tells OK! magazine, “We’re both working on New Year’s Day anyway. So, we won’t do much. You know, pizza would be nice, a little champagne. Maybe watch the Twilight Zone marathon. That’s always a favourite for me.

“Going from one party to the next and surfing to find the right thing, and being in a taxicab when the clock strikes – I’m so over that stuff. At the ripe old age of 25.

“I have the most fun when I’m surrounded by people I love in one place that’s comfortable and we can hear each other. You can play card games, watch movies – I’m happy.”
