Report: Child Protection Investigators Called to Tiger Woods’ Home

The Florida Department of Children and Families has reportedly paid a visit to the Windemere, Fla., home golfer Tiger Woods shares with his wife, Elin Nordegren and their two young children.
When reached by Usmagazine.com for comment, Capt. Angelo Nieves of the Orange County Sheriff’s Department said his office was in contact with DCF, but would not confirm nor deny they visited Woods’ home.
“We met with Department of Family and Child Services on Friday afternoon,” Capt. Nieves tells Us. “I can tell you that it is a common occurrence when they need assistance. We have no information regarding their investigation or who may be involved.”
RadarOnline.com reports that both a marked deputy’s car and an unmarked vehicle from the Florida Department of Children and Families were parked outside Woods’ home for roughly an hour around midday on Saturday.
There is no word as to if Woods, 33, dad to daughter Sam, 2, and son, Charlie, 10 months, was at the home at the time of the visit.
The reported visit comes two weeks after the golfer’s Nov. 27 one-car crash near his Florida home, which left him “unresponsive” and bloody, according to police reports. Woods was allegedly arguing with wife of five years Nordegren, 29, over rumors of an extramarital affair with NYC club hostess Rachel Uchitel just before the 2:25 a.m. crash.
On Friday, Woods confessed to “infidelity” for the first time before announcing he is taking an indefinite break from golf to “focus [his] attention on being a better husband, father, and person.”

Very nice post. I’m discovering more about becoming a better golfer from your site, then I’ve ever did from even my own golf instructor. Hope it’s ok that I share this post on Google Bookmarks?

Anyone, relative or not…can call DCF/CPS anonymously. A witness to damage of the home, Tiger’s head…could have made the call.
I suspect a very concerned mother…for son. Head injuries can manifest serious undetected problems…years down the road. Divorce is the remedy to counteract the effects of adultery.
Adultery awakens rage, but a club can cause death.
Tiger needs to stay on his boat, get a divorce for his safety. He did wrong…but if anyone uses a club to injure…it’s a deadly weapon.

If Tiger’s wife attacked him, he may be covering out of guilt….for sake of the children.
If he would COME FORWARD, TELL THE TRUTH.. about what really happened in that house…
the TIDE WOULD TURN FOR TIGER.
He needs some public support to SWING BACK his way.
If he wants to save face, regain enough support to play golf again…..he needs to COME FORWARD, TELL THE TRUTH. If she has a serious anger, rage problem…..REVEAL IT….for the sake of the children, and Tiger, too.

Blue Moose, that was profound. You’re saying what everyone else seems to be too scared to say. I think you’re right. Enough Tiger bashing, she’s no angel either. I agree, someone who can hit to do real harm to bodies and property – needs a closer look.

Let’s face it, Elin would be just another nanny if it wasn’t for Tiger. I’m sure she enjoyed the lifestyle of the rich and famous. He blew the marriage.
She blew it when she tore up the house, smashed windows and more than likely – hit Tiger upside the head.
It’s Tiger’s talent that put both of them in the penthouse. It’s Tiger’s bad judgment that could him in the poorhouse. But no one should ever cause bodily harm to a spouse. Never.
