Michael Lohan has blasted his daughter Lindsay for alleging he threatened to kill ex-wife Dina at the height of their marital problems, blaming her reported drug addiction for making her delusional.

The born-again Christian has been fighting a public battle to get the Mean Girls actress into counseling to beat her rumoured problems with prescription medication.

Lindsay and her mum Dina have repeatedly denied the claims, even after Michael released desperate phone messages from his daughter to the media to prove he wasn’t making up the drama.

The actress unleashed a bitter tirade against her estranged father on her Twitter.com page on Thursday, in which she detailed her troubled early years, before her parents divorced.

She wrote, “He’s a deadbeat dad. He’s disgusting to do this. He doesn’t deserve attention. He needs help… She (Dina) blames herself for staying (with) him for so long, I’d beg her not to leave (because) he always threatened to kill her if she did…after disappearing, then coming home after being gone for several days while cheating on my mother&abusing substances… I haven’t had a real relationship (with) Michael Sr. in years. That is the truth.”

But Michael is refusing to take Lindsay’s accusations lightly and claims her floundering career is God’s way of punishing her for her alleged drug abuse.

He tells the New York Post, “That’s a lie. I guess Lindsay is on more drugs than I thought to say something like that… No wonder why God is taking her entire career away from her. Because she’s forsaken everything He’s given her and she’s done nothing but misuse all the gifts she’s given.”

Fergie isn’t buying an Atlanta stripper’s claims that she had a one-night stand with Josh Duhamel.

“These allegations are nonsense,” the singer, 34, says in a statement to Entertainment Tonight.

A pal says, “Fergie says nothing is wrong. Every time I ask her how married life is, she says, ‘Awesome!’”

Adds another, “Josh told her it didn’t happen, and she believes him.”

Still, an attorney for the exotic dancer tells Us Weekly that his client, Nicole Forrester — a 34-year-old mother of two — has passed a lie-detector test and is in possession of racy texts from the Transformers star, 37, that corroborate the affair.

Forrester previously said on The Bert Show on Atlanta’s Q100-FM that she and Duhamel “had lots of sex” at the $830-a-night St. Regis hotel after he came into the Tattletale club where she works in Atlanta. (Duhamel is in the city shooting the comedy, Life As We Know It.)

Forrester claimed that they watched a porno movie and hooked up. Forrester’s lawyer, Romin Alavi, tells the new Us Weekly, “They fell asleep together, and he kept waking her up to have more sex.”

Alavi also tells Us Weekly that Forrester didn’t seek out the the National Enquirer (which offered her $20,000 for the story) in hopes of a payday.

“Josh bragged about what happened on the set of his movie, and someone called the Enquirer with the tip,” Alavi tells Us Weekly. “The Enquirer then came to Nicole.”

Britney Spears’ ex-husband Kevin Federline is to become a father again, according to sources.

The former dancer’s girlfriend, Victoria Prince, who he has been dating since last year, is reportedly several weeks pregnant with the pair’s first child.

But Federline, who has two sons with Spears, as well as two children with ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson, is reportedly unhappy at the baby news.

A source tells the National Enquirer, “The test was positive. She told Kevin that she was pregnant, but he didn’t seem happy to hear the news.”

While another source tells Star magazine, “Victoria’s been ill off and on, so everyone suspects that she’s expecting. Under no circumstances does he want another kid now. He’s not even acknowledging the possibility. He’s awful when it comes to birth control. Kevin thinks it’s the woman’s responsibility.”

Even though Melissa Joan Hart has made her exit from Dancing with the Stars (during a double elimination last week), she’s not bitter — in fact, she’s got warm feelings for plenty of the cast! So who’s she rooting for now? “Kelly [Osbourne]. We became good friends, so I’m rooting for her,” Melissa told OK! as Lucky magazine hosted their 6th annual Lucky Shops VIP opening party in NYC.

“Joanna [Krupa]’s also a very sweet girl. Mya’s an amazing dancer,” adds Melissa, “And Donny [Osmond] I’ve known forever and he’s a fantastic performer of course.”

As for any rumors of backstage drama and romance, Melissa insists that everything is quite serene.

“It’s pretty calm back there,” she reveals. “Everyone likes each other. I think now, even since I’ve been gone, it looks like they’ve gotten closer.”

Melissa dished to OK! last week after her elimination, saying her only regret is “I promised my three-year-old [son] I was going to be dancing to the song “Bare Necessities” [from Disney's The Jungle Book] next week, and that’s not going to happen, so that’s a bummer. But I get to go back home to them!” Melissa lives in Connecticut with husband Mark Wilkerson and their two boys.

300 star Gerard Butler turns 40 this Saturday, the day before his latest movie, Law Abiding Citizen co-starring Jamie Foxx receives its UK premiere in his home town of Glasgow.

And the Paisley-born actor admitted hitting 40 has made him reflect on what he wants out of life and whether this might be the right time to settle down and start a family.

Speaking in an interview with the Daily Record, Butler, whose credits include rom com Ps I Love You and gangster flick Rockn Rolla said, “Right now, yes, I question a bunch of things in my life and I am in a lot of ways more comfortable than ever. I know what sill excites me and what is just never going to happen. But then also there are things I have different opinions on. Sometimes I think: ‘God, I wish I was married now, and had kids.’ Other times I think :’Thank Christ I am not married and don’t have kid yet, I can do that later.’ But I can totally imagine it. It’s just not right now. I am great where I am but it would be nice. It doesn’t have to be marriage. It could be to be in a relationship and I would definitely like kids some day.’’

Gerry also revealed he plans to celebrate the milestone in style – with birthday bashes in Scotland, London and the US all in the pipeline.

“I have to do the Jonathan Ross show in London the night before, but it’s a big deal. I have never done it before so it felt nice to do that on the eve of my 40th birthday,” he said.

“On my birthday itself I am going to have a party in London which is great because I don’t get to spend a lot of time there anymore. The next day I am going up to Glasgow where I am having a shared birthday party with my 11-year old niece, which I am a little bothered about because I deserve all the attention but she is getting some of it.’’

He adds, “No , it’s lovely, so I am going to have a family party with her, then when I make it back to New York I will do something there. I might even have something in LA as well but I am not going to have any big parties, just little fun ones.’’

While Kholé Kardashian puts weight worries behind her, big sis Kourtney Kardashian has increasing anxiety about her pregnancy pounds.”I weigh myself everyday,” Kourtney told E! News. “I’ve gained 26 pounds since getting pregnant except I gained three pounds since yesterday.”

Despite her upcoming due date, Kourt still knows how to rock a sexy mini and 4-inch pumps. However, it sounds like the Kardashian Family Knock Out could be her last red carpet appearance since being knocked-up.

“Today I vowed that I was going to wear flats, and then last second, I threw on some heels,” said Kourtney, flaunting a pair of fluorescent pink pumps. “I can’t wait to sit down already. It’s hard carrying extra weight. I’m over the red carpet being pregnant.”

Stepdad Bruce Jenner offered Kourt some words of wisdom, warning her the hardest part is yet to come.

“I have great confidence she will get through this—that baby will be born” Bruce told E!, adding that the same doctor who delivered Kourtney will be delivering her child. “But then the real tough stuff starts for her. You’ve got a little baby there for 24 hours a day, for the next 20 years!”
