Europeans do not tend to plastic surgery, we are aging in dignity. Rupert is British! Rupert looks like he ALWAYS looked, but 50 years of age now, while the image of the book cover was taken 20 years ago.
I have seen him in person last week in Berlin, he looked as great as always.
Why don’t you look for your very own artificial creatures in US showbiz and leave us Europeans alone.

Helga, you’re an idiot. He may look great but he’s HAD plenty of PS. More than just Americans have PS, trust me. What about Brazil, the UK, Australia? I know quite a few of people in each of those countries who’ve had PS. PS is not an “American Show Biz” thing. Your thinking is narrow, you sound racist or biased to me.

Why so nasty folks?
I use to see Rupert regularly because I live around the corner of his London home.He is a nice, charming, polite and VERY smart person, he is driving his bike or just walking the street. He NEVER had any surgery, he looks like a man of his age, wrinkles crinkles, crow feet around his eyes, everything’s there.
He’s got his original face. Last year’s so called PS images were photoshopped, that’s it.
