Lawyer: Josh Duhamel Kept Waking Up Stripper for “More Sex”
The new issue of Us Weekly has more details on Josh Duhamel’s alleged fling with an Atlanta stripper.
Nicole Forrester – a 34-year-old single mother-of-two – previously said on The Bert Show on Atlanta’s Q100-FM that they “had lots of sex” at the $830-a-night St. Regis hotel after he came into the Tattletale club where she works in Atlanta. (Duhamel, 37, is in the city shooting the comedy, Life As We Know It.)
Forrester claimed that they watched a porno movie and hooked up. Forrester’s lawyer, Romin Alavi, tells the new Us Weekly, “They fell asleep together, and he kept waking her up to have more sex.”
Alavi also tells Us Weekly that Duhamel never paid Forrester for sex but did give her $100 for cab fare.
During the night, Forrester claims, Fergie’s name came up just once: “After he told me his real name, I asked, ‘Are you Fergie’s husband?’ And he was like, ‘You know what you know.’”
A lawyer for Duhamel strongly denies the stripper’s claims – and wife Fergie, 34, is standing by her man, Us Weekly reports.
“Fergie says nothing is wrong. Every time I ask her how married life is, she says, ‘Awesome!’” says a source.
Another source tells Us Weekly, “Josh told her it didn’t happen, and she believes him.”

A 34-year-old single mother-of-two? Where the heck were her kids while she was getting her freak on all night long? When they wake up in the middle of the night and call out her name, do they know that she isn’t there because Mommy is out bangin’ an actor for publicity and cab fare?
